Annmarie Farrell has practiced exclusively in the area of family law since 2001 and specialises in all aspects of family law. She has extensive experience in complex property matters, children's matters, financial agreements, international disputes including international relocation and de facto relationship matters.

She offers prompt and personalised service and works in partnership with her clients to find tailored solutions to their family law issues at the earliest opportunity and through negotiation where possible.
She also appears as an advocate in the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court where settlement out of Court is not possible.

Annmarie Farrell is an Accredited Family Law Specialist.
An Accredited Specialist is recognised by the Law Institute of Victoria as being an expert in their particular field. To become accredited, a practitioner must have been in practice for five years and for three years in their area of expertise. He or she must pass a comprehensive exam process and maintain a high degree of professional development in his or her area of expertise.
Georgina is committed to ensuring Farrell Family Lawyers has the administrative support to enable the staff to focus on their professional needs and our clients. Georgina has strong communication & organisational skills and is a member of ALPMA (Australasian Legal Practice Management Association) and has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science - Monash University (Chisholm).
Jessica is a dedicated paralegal who is currently completing her final year of a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and Bachelor of Arts double degree at Monash University. She assists FFL's solicitors across complex parenting and property matters. Jess also holds a student membership of the Law Institute of Victoria.
Lynn has been working in the legal industry as a legal secretary/clerk for over 20 years and has worked in various sectors within the legal field. When not working, Lynn enjoys travelling, cooking and going for long walks.
Simran has practised exclusively in Family Law since her admission to practice.
Simran has assisted clients across a range of property, parenting, divorce and Intervention Order matters. She has worked with clients in matters featuring complex property disputes as well as highly contested parenting matters often involving intersecting vulnerabilities such as mental health issues, family violence and substance abuse. Simran meets the unique challenges every family and client presents with compassion and pragmatism.
She offers clear, sensitive, and practical advice to guide families towards the best possible outcome.
Simran is admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Victoria and is named on the Register of Practitioners in the High Court of Australia.
Prior to admission, Simran completed a Juris Doctor at Melbourne University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology and Psychology) at the University of Sydney.
She volunteered at Refugee Legal and the North Australian Aboriginal Justice Agency.
