Julie originates from a predominantly IT sales background and is very client focused. She too attained a formal business qualification, a Higher Diploma in Admin Procedures which she attained at Solihull College. Julie brings to the Practice, her experience gained in former Sales and PA/secretarial roles; cementing a stronger relationship with clients. Julie handles the day to day running of the office and will be one of your first points of contact if you have any enquiry, you will be in safe hands. Both Kevin and Julie are very motivated and driven which conveys in their enthusiasm towards the day to day running of their Practice and client liaison.

Kevin attained his Degree in Building Surveying at Liverpool John Moores University. He was elected as Associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1989 as a Chartered Building Surveyor. Having worked in Private Practice since 1987, he took the bold step of forming his own Private Practice in March 2010. Kevin brings to the Practice a wealth of expertise, experience and professionalism gained during his many years working as a Building Surveyor and always takes a pragmatic approach to his work.
