Brian Dailey Child Care worker jailed for children's homes abuse in Edinburgh and Lanark
David was born in Airdrie in 1966. A family man and professional design engineer, he set up his own design firm in 1998 and has been a company director ever since. He started campaigning in 2014 when visiting anti-child-abuse campaigner Robert Green, then on remand in HMP Perth. This led to a second career in journalism with the alternative media daily news programme UK Column and on a freelance basis. David now campaigns and reports on matters of injustice and the abuse of the weak and the innocent across Scotland.
Defence counsel Derick Nelson said Dailey had been assessed now as posing a moderate risk of further offending and had health concerns.
