GRANT DENTAL - Key Persons
Dr. Adam Harker is an experienced and dedicated dentist who is eager to help you care for your oral health. Dr. Harker graduated from Marquette University's School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He practiced in Kennewick, Washington for almost a decade before relocating to Boise to be closer to family. Dr. Harker joined Grant Dental in 2016, and has become an indispensable part of the team. Whether placing a dental implant, crafting the perfect crown, or educating kids, Dr. Harker's precision and broad skill set helps all of our patients have outstanding dental outcomes.
Dr. Harker and his wife Kim are the parents of 5 children who keep them very busy. He enjoys working on construction projects, and helped in the construction of his family's home right here in Meridian. He speaks Portuguese, volunteers in his church, and loves hosting Pickleball games.
Dr. Hussar is a graduate of the dental school at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, and joined Dr. Grant's practice in 2018. Dr. Hussar is a dedicated healthcare provider who loves to see the positive changes that come to people when they improve their oral health. Dr. Hussar is credentialed with River City Surgery Center, where she is able to comprehensively treat young patients in a positive setting. She particularly loves the opportunity to work with disadvantaged people, and has been on volunteer dental trips to Mexico, Fiji, Cambodia, and Nicaragua.
Dr. Hussar is originally from a small, rural town in Pennsylvania, and Idaho definitely reminds her of home. She met her fiance Brock, a Boise native, during dental school. In her time off Dr. Hussar loves spending time outdoors, and particularly enjoys gardening, hiking, and kayaking. She also enjoys playing volleyball and loves working with her new puppy Tula.
Dr. Chase Trejo joined Dr. Grant's practice in 2019. Dr. Trejo graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio with high honors before moving on to complete a General Practice Residency at the University of Utah. Dr. Trejo received advanced training in placing dental implants at the White Cap Institute. He enjoys educating patients about their oral health and is passionate about providing quality care in a comfortable manner. He always strives to determine a patient's personal goals and needs in order to better restore their smiles and confidence.
Dr. Trejo and his wife Jordan are the parents of three young daughters. He loves exploring the Treasure Valley's abundant outdoors activities including snowboarding, soccer, and disc golf. He is a self-proclaimed Star Wars nerd and hot sauce expert. He has also been known to do some cliff diving, including a 45 foot plunge at Lake Powell!
Dr. Mark Larsen joined Grant Dental in 2022. Dr. Larsen grew up in Utah and attended the University of Utah. He is a graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts in 2008 and has been practicing in Tucson, Arizona until joining Grant Dental. He has completed advanced training in dental implants and surgical procedures beginning in 2010. He believes strongly in caring for his patients with a conservative philosophy towards treatment, and is IV sedation certified for his patient's comfort. He is also fluent in Spanish.
Dr. Larsen and his wife Hilary are the parents of 4 children. When not helping his patients, Dr. Larsen loves outdoor activities (camping, fishing, hiking, sports) playing board games or watching movies with his family, and traveling.
Dr. Stevens loves working in dentistry. He enjoys meeting new people and building long-term relationships with his patients. He believes in treating his patients with respect and kindness, and providing exceptional dental care. Dr. Stevens strives to make his patients feel comfortable and have a good experience at the dentist. He expects nothing but the best for his patients and nothing but the best from himself.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Utah. He later attended dental school at the Oregon Health and Sciences University (OHSU), in Portland, Oregon. He practiced dentistry in Florida for five years before making his home in Boise, ID. He is passionate about continuing his education in dentistry and believes in being able to provide the best service possible to his patients. Since graduating from OHSU, Dr. Stevens has received additional training in implants, Six Month Smiles, Invisalign and is currently taking a two year post-graduate course in Orthodontics. Dr. Stevens also loves serving his country as a dentist in the Army National Guard.
Dr. Stevens and his wife, Jamie, have a little boy and a daughter. They love spending time together and watching them grow. They also enjoy spending time outdoors, travelling, reading and cooking together.
