I'm currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Florida Museum of Natural History in the Digital Imaging Division. I work on the broad-scale digitisation effort, the open Vertebrate (oVert) project, and the Non-Clinical Tomography Users Research Network (NoCTURN). I use Computed Tomography (CT) scanning to create digital datasets of Natural History specimens, and make them freely available on MorphoSource for researchers, educators, artists, and anybody else. I image both hard tissues (bone and teeth) and soft tissues. I specialise in diffusible iodine-based contrast-enhanced CT (diceCT). As well as working to digitise vertebrate anatomy at a broad scale, I also work with collaborators on focussed anatomy projects including squamate osteology, frog brain morphology, and new species descriptions.
