Chad is a renowned expert in Workers Compensation with over 20 years industry experience. For many years, he has been the trusted advisor to leading Australian, multinational and ASX listed businesses.
Chad was previously a director for a large insurance brokerage where he was responsible for building and leading a national workplace risk practice for over 10 years. Prior to moving into the broking and consulting space, Chad worked for a large insurer for over 10 years where he held a variety of senior roles encompassing all areas of Workers Compensation nationally.
Chad's experience across all facets of workplace risk on both the insurer and broker sides of the fence, along with a passion to innovate and problem solve, has equipped him with an exceptionally diverse skillset and network which enables him to deliver superior solutions for our clients.
Rob is recognised as an industry specialist in People Risk with his experience in the position of Underwriting Manager at one of Australia's largest A&H insurance providers. Rob was responsible for leading a team of underwriters across multiple states, as well as underwriting some of Australia's largest corporate, multinational, ASX listed, and sporting entities. His expertise in the sector provides him with an unfair advantage in modelling People Risk policies, delivering optimal return on investment whilst maintaining superior cover.
Rob's passion to demonstrate tangible value to his clients in his service and delivery of ongoing risk improvement and risk transfer strategies, ensures he provides exceptional results in his interactions with stakeholders.
Rob's outstanding commitment to service and the insurance industry earned him the Insurance Business' Young Gun Award in 2020.
