Born and raised in South Jersey, David attended Moorestown High School before obtaining his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Arkansas. Upon admission to the bar, David returned to South Jersey and served a clerkship for the Honorable John Tomasello in the Superior Court of New Jersey. During this time, David gained valuable knowledge and experience, as well as developed many professional relationships with area attorneys and judges that serve him well today. After completing his clerkship, David spent a brief period in private practice, appearing in local municipal courts, finalizing real estate and business transactions, and preparing legal documents. In 2013, he joined the Burlington County Prosecutors Office, where he managed and tried numerous cases ranging from drug offenses to robberies and murder. Thaddeus E. Drummond

Thaddeus E. Drummond is an experienced attorney with Gelman Law Expungements. Mr. Drummond brings with him over twenty-five years of legal experience as a retired Assistant Burlington County Prosecutor. During his tenure as a prosecutor, he served as a trial attorney and supervised both the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) and the Collision Analysis and Reconstruction (CAR) Unit. Mr. Drummond's responsibilities as the supervisor of the SIU included overseeing confidential investigations, internal affairs investigations, officer-involved shooting investigations, official misconduct investigations, and various police trainings. He played a key role in the county-wide implementation and officer training related to Body Worn Cameras and Conducted Energy Devices/Tasers. As a trial attorney, Mr. Drummond tried numerous cases involving an array of charges, including narcotics, theft, robbery, burglary, sexual assault, and homicide. His extensive trial experience is a valuable asset to Gelman Law Expungements. Additionally, as the CAR Unit Supervisor, Mr. Drummond oversaw all vehicular homicide and assault by auto investigations conducted by law enforcement agencies in Burlington County. He was also responsible for the prosecution and trial of multiple criminal cases related to motor vehicle crashes. With his extensive experience and knowledge of criminal law, Thaddeus E.
