Mirabel is the vision of Jane Rowe, who identified a vulnerable group of children and took action to make a positive difference in their lives. In her work as a drug and alcohol counsellor, Jane witnessed the devastating effects that drug use has on the children of drug users and the cycle of disadvantage that repeats itself through generations if action is not taken... Mirabel has been helping vulnerable children and carers for 25 years. Established by our founder Jane Rowe, Mirabel is run by a small, dedicated team. We are passionate about giving Mirabel children and their carers the support they need to live their best possible lives... Mirabel provides essential assistance from the moment a family first contacts us right through until a child reaches 18. We provide tangible, practical and emotional support for both the children and their carers. Our focus is to do whatever we can to give these children the most normal childhood possible.
