Ana serves as ATTOM Data Solutions' Executive Vice President of People and Culture, where she is responsible for providing guidance and leadership to senior managers. With more than 10 years of experience, Ana brings broad human resources expertise and extensive hands-on experience in compensation, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, talent management, HR analytics, and employee relations. Since joining the team in August 2017, Ana has worked on aligning human resources initiatives with strategic goals of the organization, and finding creative ways to cultivate a culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and agility. Prior to joining the ATTOM Data Solutions team, Ana was the Safety/HR director at Orange County Produce, where she developed a comprehensive safety and social responsibility program, implemented a new payroll/HRIS system, and established a benefit program that catered to 150+ seasonal employees. An Orange County native, Ana received both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Cal State Fullerton. She currently resides in Orange County with her husband and their three children.

Jason is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Lovell Minnick Partners. He joined the firm in 2010. Prior to LMP, Jason was a part of the Goldman Sachs' Financial Institutions Group, where he focused on M&A and capital raising transactions for the firm's investment banking clients. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Jason was a Senior Associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Forensics group, where he conducted investigations into corporate accounting irregularities on behalf of clients. He is a member of the Boards of Directors of ATTOM Data Solutions, CenterSquare Investment Management, LLC, Foreside Financial Group, and Inside Real Estate, and previously served on the boards of J.S. Held Holdings LLC and Kanaly Holdings LLC. Jason received his M.B.A., with honors, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with high distinction, from the Schreyer Honors College at the Pennsylvania State University. Prior to joining LMP, John was a Principal at SV Investment Partners (formerly Schroder Ventures US), a private equity firm focused on investing in mid-market business services companies. Prior to SV Investment Partners, he worked as an Associate at J.W. Childs Associates. John started his career in the financial services industry at Salomon Brothers Inc in the Mergers and Acquisitions group. Kara Taylor serves as ATTOM Data Solutions' Executive Vice President of Marketing where she leverages more than two decades of experience in marketing and product strategy to lead ATTOM's marketing, creative, and public relations teams. Prior to joining ATTOM Data Solutions, Kara led the product marketing team at Campus Explorer, a post-secondary lead generation B2B and B2C business. Kara spent the early part of her career focused on the retail sector in ecommerce at RedEnvelope, Teleflora, and Gifts.com developing and executing marketing programs, brand vision, and online product strategy. Kara graduated from the Art Institute of Southern California with a degree in Graphic Design.

Lionel Etrillard serves as ATTOM's Chief Financial Officer with over two decades of experience in financial leadership and building solid planning, accounting, and compliance foundations. A forward-thinking executive with a strategic vision and an in-depth understanding of industry dynamics, skilled in investor relations, financial planning and budgeting, metrics and dashboards, M&A, financing, valuation, system implementation, leadership and team building, as well as business development and management. Prior to joining ATTOM, Lionel was the chief financial officer at Episource, a technology-based healthcare risk adjustment platform, where he took full ownership of the global operational and strategic financial role, which included important tasks such as growth management, debt funding, KPIs, building a highly functional and cross-functional team across geographies (US and India), and managing board communications. Prior to his tenure at Episource, Lionel served as CFO at Callfire, a Marketing Technology company, where he led the finance and accounting functions charged with managing the growth and profitability of the company while building teams, business intelligence and capital relationships. Lionel has led similar teams during his tenure at InvestCloud and iRise.

XL Innovate's insurtech investments include Lemonade, Embroker, New Energy Risk, GeoQuant, Cape Analytics, Slice Labs and Pillar Technologies. Martha serves on the board of Palomar Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLMR). Previously, Martha ran corporate development for DMG Information, the business data and analytics division of the Daily Mail and General Trust plc. Of the 20 investments Martha made at DMG Information, two achieved and maintained valuations over $1 billion. Martha has served as board director or chair for many early and growth stage companies, focusing on fintech, insurtech, proptech, edtech and digital media. Her proptech investments included Environmental Data Resources, Landmark Information Group, Property & Portfolio Research, Real Capital Analytics and Sanborn Map Company. Martha's prior experience includes investment banking at Merrill Lynch and commercial banking at Credit Suisse. Mike Pinto serves as ATTOM Data Solutions' Executive Vice President, Sales, where he leverages over 3 decades of experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on building exceptional sales teams. Prior to joining ATTOM Data Solutions, Mike worked in the mortgage industry space, where he spent his last ten years working for Carrington Mortgage Services followed by Nationstar Mortgage (Mr. Cooper), focusing on real estate growth using traditional sales and auctions to transact real estate. Mike helped create and develop the sales programs, products, marketing and implemented two retail websites that offered the real estate industry a new way to acquire clients. Mike began his career in 1989 working in the financial service space, where he spent more than 20 years at HSBC, one of the largest financial service companies in the world. While at HSBC, Mike was responsible for the largest sales division in the company, managing a team with over 500-plus employees focusing on consumer financial products. Mike is a graduate of the Florida Institute of Technology and resides in Orange County with his wife and two children.

Rob joined RealtyTrac as CEO in 2015 and spearheaded the creation of the ATTOM Data Warehouse and the company's subsequent rebranding as ATTOM Data Solutions in 2016. As CEO, Rob directs enterprise, data and product strategy, customer acquisition & service and corporate operations. Under Rob's leadership, ATTOM has earned a spot on HousingWire's annual Tech100 list every year since 2015 as well as being a finalist for the Inman Innovator Award. Rob was named a HousingWire Vanguard and RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker Futurist. Rob began his career in the real estate information services industry in 1992. Prior to joining ATTOM Data Solutions, he was CEO of Environmental Data Resources (EDR) from 2005 to 2015 when he formulated and executed EDR's pivot from a niche data company into the leading property data, workflow, vendor management and market intelligence company serving the U.S. commercial real estate due diligence industry. Rob held multiple positions at EDR prior to becoming CEO, including President, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Sales. Rob is also a past board member at BuildFax, Landmark Information Group and the Content Division of the Software and Information Industry Association. A graduate of Fairfield University, Rob lives in Claremont, California.

Mr. Ozonian is the President and CEO of Williston Financial Group (2015) (a Golden Gate Capital holding), where he is leveraging his innovative background in all facets of the real estate industry to digitally transform transactions. Mr. Ozonian was part of Lending Tree's launch as a public entity and became Chief Executive Officer of their wholly owned subsidiary, RealEstate.com (2010-2012). His other public company service includes realtor.com (Move Inc.) where he secured top positioning for this industry-changing Web portal as CEO (2000-2002). He was the national executive for residential at Bank of America (2003-2006), Chairman and CEO of Prudential's residential and corporate services companies (1991-2000), and EVP of Coldwell Banker (1984-1991). His private company tenure includes CRO of Carrington Capital and Chairman and CEO of Global Mobility Solutions. Certified by the Securities and Exchange Commission as a financial expert for public company administration in 2008, Mr. Ozonian has extensive experience with the oversight of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, public company reporting, and corporate governance. Stuart Bern serves as ATTOM Data Solutions' Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, where he leverages over a decade of experience within the real estate data and technology industry, with a focus on business development and go-to-market strategies. Prior to joining ATTOM, Stuart held various leadership positions at numerous real estate focused SaaS organizations, most recently as Vice President at Knock, where he helped create and scale the API platform business and growing B2B partner ecosystem. Previously, Stuart oversaw the planning and execution of the National Partner Development team at CoStar Group, a team focused on creating partnerships with, and the technology for, MLSs and brokerages. Stuart began his career at Bloomberg, where he led the business development efforts and strategy for a new vertical focused on the commercial real estate industry and also managed a Global team of financial and customer support analysts in both New York City and Tokyo. Stuart currently sits on the Board of Directors for Lekotek of Georgia and is an Advisory Board Committee Member for Israel Bonds. Stuart is a graduate of the University of Georgia and lives in Atlanta with his wife.

Todd Teta serves as ATTOM Data Solutions' Chief Product & Technology Officer where he leverages two decades of experience in technology and product innovation to lead ATTOM's technology and product teams. Prior to joining ATTOM Data Solutions, Todd led the product development and technology organization at Meyers Research. Todd began his career with Andersen Consulting, where he helped clients leverage data and technology to drive business results. Subsequently, he co-founded several startups, including VisionCore, a product and service company serving the mortgage and real estate data and analytics markets. He eventually sold VisionCore to CoreLogic, the largest provider of residential real-estate information services. At CoreLogic, Todd led research and development teams that developed the company's first mobile and mapping visualization products. He also led the company's professional services organization and technology teams for multiple markets, including credit reporting and tenant screening. Todd graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California with a degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science.
