Allison and her team bring over 30 years of home staging and interior décor experience to the table and will guide our clients on how to best prepare their respective homes for sale. This will allow potential home buyers to envision themselves living in your home, giving you, the seller, another edge in today's competitive real estate market. Allison is certified by the Canadian Staging Professionals (CSP), is recognized as the Official Designer of the Ottawa Home & Garden Show and has been featured in Our Homes Magazine.
Daniel is responsible for all facets of The Singhal Group's electronic media and communication strategies. Daniel's primary area of responsibility is the management of our multiple websites and comprehensive online presence. Prospective buyers leverage the Internet on an ever increasing basis and over 80% of homes are first viewed over the Internet. Daniel's work ensures that our clients' homes are well represented using the latest multimedia technologies, receive maximum exposure to buyers, and stand out from the competition.

Niraj was born and raised in Ottawa. After graduating from Ashbury College, he completed his post secondary education at The University of Western Ontario and The University of Ottawa. He now resides in Stonebridge with his wife and three young daughters. Before earning his Real Estate license, Niraj had spent 11 successful years as a sales executive in Ottawa's technology sector working for three large international software companies. Niraj has won numerous sales leadership awards and possesses a firm understanding of what it takes to build and foster long term, mutually beneficial client relationships.
