Cindy is a Certified Financial Planner with over 17 years experience in the wealth management and financial planning industry. Cindy is specialised in comprehensive financial planning advice, such as superannuation and retirement planning, Self Managed Super Funds, wealth accumulation, investment portfolio management and asset allocation, debt management, cashflow planning, Centrelink and retirement longevity analysis.

David has 38 years' experience in financial services, wealth management and superannuation. He has held a variety of senior management and consulting roles. David's expertise includes superannuation, financial planning, technical and investment consulting.
David holds a Degree in Business Management, Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments, Certificate in Superannuation Management and a Diploma in Financial Planning.
Having spent most of his career working in a superannuation related role, David is a staunch supporter of compulsory superannuation and the long-term wealth and wellbeing benefits it offers all Australians. Elizabeth began her career in the Financial Planning industry in 2001 and has held various client services, senior paraplanning and managerial roles across boutique financial planning firms as well as industry super and larger corporates before stepping into an advisory role in 2007. Elizabeth helps match people's money to their goals and overcome fears and stress often tied to financial decisions. She is passionate about helping clients build a financial plan for the future as well as protect their nest egg so they can make day to day choices about their money with confidence.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics and Finance and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning).

Gemma has been working in the Financial Advice space since 2019, supporting Advisers and clients with diverse strategies over the years. Gemma endeavours to become a future Financial Adviser and is currently on the pathway by undergoing the Professional Year. Over the next 12 months, she will work closely with Senior Financial Adviser, Cindy Excell in the Sydney Office to learn the ropes of the profession. Gemma's passion stems from her love of connecting with people and supporting families on their life journey. Outside of work you'll find Gemma walking her pets and sharing plenty of food with her family.
Gemma holds a double degree, a Bachelor of Commerce, major in Financial Planning and a Bachelor of Communication and Media Studies, major in Marketing.
Helen was appointed as the CEO of Nestworth in May 2024 and brings 28 years' experience in Financial Planning to her role of leading our organisation.
Helen commenced in the industry as a practicing Financial Planner and has since held senior management roles within Colonial First State, ANZ Global Wealth and Insignia Financial. Most recently, she was CEO, Director and Responsible Manager of two Australian Financial Services Licensees and held a number of directorships across subsidiaries companies of the Insignia Financial Group.
Helen is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has a Diploma of Financial Planning, a Bachelor of Business, a Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning, a Masters of Business Administration, and is a Certified Financial Planner.
Iain is responsible for the leadership of the Nestworth advisory team, and ensuring our clients receive a superior advice experience. He also chairs the Nestworth Investment Committee.
He has over two decades of experience in the Financial Services industry, and has held senior management roles in Australia and New Zealand. His experience has covered advice and investment leadership for Corporate, SME, Private and Retail client businesses. He has also practiced as a financial planner and holds a Certified Financial Planner qualification.
Iain is passionate about the role that financial planning advice can play in helping all Australians to discover and fulfil their aspirations and dreams.

Janet started her career in financial services in 2007 with Macquarie Bank after moving from New Zealand. Throughout her career she has closely worked with financial advisers and most recently manages teams of advisers across ACT, NSW and Vic.
She is passionate about helping people reach their goals and aspirations both financially and emotionally. Outside of work Janet enjoys spending time with her family, improving her strength training and running boxing classes.
Janet holds a double degree Bachelor of Commerce and Administration and Bachelor of Tourism Management with a triple major in Commerical Law, Management and Tourism Management. She also holds a Diploma in Financial Planning.

With more than 25 years' experience in the corporate superannuation industry, Kerryn has been responsible for account management and business development during that time. She has extensive experience managing medium to large corporate superannuation funds, including complex defined benefit funds. Kerryn provides technical support to HR and Payroll teams and is well versed in client presentations, member education seminars and individual consultations. She provides members with the information, education and support to assist them to understand their super and insurance so they can achieve their goals.
Kerryn is passionate about superannuation and in particular partnering with employers to improve their employees' financial wellbeing.
For more than 15 years, Lucas has held leadership roles across various facets of financial advice. He is deeply committed to fostering his team's success in delivering outstanding client outcomes, upholding compliance standards, and advocating for the positive impact that financial planning can have on the lives of all Australians.
