Newcastle Futures help unemployed and underemployed residents of Newcastle upon Tyne, aged 18 and over to find work and training, and progress in their careers. Since 2007, our friendly, person-centred team of employment advisers have helped over 8,000 people into employment and training... We provide 1 to 1 personal employment support in community venues across the city, and online via video, telephone, and other digital platforms. We put our customers at the heart of everything we do, helping them to identify and work towards their career goals at a pace that suits them... We work in partnership with many organisations to make sure our customers have access to opportunities to simplify their journey into work. We care about making a positive difference, and motivating and empowering our customers to be the best they can be. We respect and value our customers and we look forward to supporting more residents into employment.
