Marty Soller

Linda has been a full-time Realtor since 1995 and loves helping people. She dedicates herself to reducing the complexity and stress of buying and selling a home. She's proudest of the fact that many of her past clients are now her friends. Her experience as a Bible study leader has helped her develop a calming influence under the most stressful of situations. For thirty years, Linda and Marty sponsored an annual golf outing to raise over $50,000 in funds for A Kid Again, a charity that helps thousands of children with life-threatening conditions get a "time out" from their illness through trips with their families to Kings Island, Cedar Point, the Columbus Zoo and other adventures, including their son Ben. They were selected as the Family of the Year for their efforts. Go to https://akidagain.org to learn more. Growing up as the second of 13 children, Marty knows what it feels like when you have outgrown your house! Marty and his wife Linda work as a team and they recognize the importance of considering everyone in the family when making this important decision. Marty is an avid tennis player who appreciates the value of putting your home in the best position to be a quick winner. He was also a women's lacrosse official and board member, which is great training to help clients deal with the stress of buying or selling a home. He has over 25 years of sales/marketing experience, including web-site marketing, that he puts to good use to meet your home needs. Marty is a Certified Negotiation Specialist, has been a real estate agent since 2004, and has a B. S. in Accounting, M.B.A. in Marketing and passed the Certified Public Accountant's exam. Marty and Linda are life-long residents of central Ohio and have lived in Upper Arlington since 1977, where their two (now grown) children, Ben and Mary, went to school. Marty was President of the Greensview Elementary PTO.
