Angela started as Facilities Administrator at The Park at Willowglen in August 2021. She has a degree in social communication and journalism which aids her in keeping tenants informed with what's happening at The Park. Some of her tasks include administrative support to the property management team, preparing documentation, and creating marketing material.

April began working for Porte in January 2020 as a Senior Property Manager. Daniel is an MBA Graduate from the Ivey School of Business at Western University. He has worked in asset and property management for 18 years both in Toronto and Vancouver. Daniel oversees all operational and acquisition activities related to Porte's income producing properties. He takes pride in knowing he's part of a team that provides something as meaningful as a home and place of business for his clients. That's just one of the reasons he puts such a great emphasis on integrity and customer service.

Danny started with Porte in September 2021 as The Park at Willowglen's General Manager. Danny's responsibilities consist of overseeing all facilities, property, and project management services. His favorite part of his work is getting to interact with all of the tenants and knowing they have everything they need to run a successful business at The Park.

David Porte loves real estate and cares about people, and he's certainly no stranger to this business. He spent his formative years observing his father build this company, founded in passion and ethics, and decided that he, too, would continue this tradition.
Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce from the Division of Urban Land at U.B.C, David began officially working for the family company in 1991.
Now, David leads Porte into the second generation, using the Porte Promises as his guide. He is actively engaged in day-to-day operations, overseeing development activities.

Elizabeth has been with the company for over 20 years, making her one of the longest tenured members of the family. Eric is a registered professional planner in Canada and United Kingdom. He came to Porte with 20 years of local and international land development consulting experience. He has engaged with local developers and international investors on a variety of residential, mixed-use, industrial and commercial developments. Eric is knowledgeable in municipal approval, land acquisition, real estate and project management. He completely understands development trends, identifies development potential, and implements projects from concept to completion.

Matt started his Project Management role with Porte in August 2018. Taking a break from the construction side of Real Estate, Matt began to miss the hands on aspect. As a Project Manager, Matt is in charge of all commercial and residential renovations, tenant improvements and general repairs to all of the properties in the Porte portfolio. He believes in getting things right the first time. Matt enjoys working with multiple departments and teammates to better serve our clientele.

Melissa's journey with Porte began in 2014, when she was hired as a Sales Coordinator at the Lift Sales Centre in Burnaby. In 2015, Melissa took over the New Home Marketing Coordinator position.
Melissa is here to provide marketing and sales support for the Marketing and Sales Director. Her day-to-day duties include preparing media schedules and booking advertisements, monitoring sales and sales ad success, helping to develop marketing and sales material for the presentation centres and planning launches and events for our sales sites.

An immense amount of work goes into a successful development, and Michael Dean is in charge of making sure it all unfolds smoothly. He oversees Porte's construction projects, from conception through completion; all the while setting-and meeting-targets around costs, schedules, and quality.
When done right, Michael says the satisfaction at completion is one of the most rewarding part of his job. He also appreciates the new friendships and camaraderie that inevitably form over the course of a project.

Ralf truly is a ‘jack of all trades'. The former journeyman carpenter coordinates maintenance at all Porte properties, but still enjoys rolling up his sleeves and doing a lot of the work himself. He loves the family atmosphere at Porte, even as the company continues to grow, and enjoys the challenge of solving difficult problems-especially when that makes tenants happy.

He has now taken on a new role as our Project Superintendent at The George, our commercial development in Strathcona, Vancouver.
