Amy Lensing

Amy is a physiotherapist and a Port Macquarie local. Amy knew her passion for physiotherapy was in musculoskeletal injuries before she began her degree. Her interest arose when she was serving in the Australian Army and sustained multiple injuries over her four years. She also witnessed many colleagues with multiple injuries and reduced capacity to work which inspired her career change into healthcare.

Anthony Biddle

Anthony is a vision impaired physiotherapist who graduated from Charles Sturt University with a bachelor of physiotherapy, joining the Phyx You team in 2021. He is a former elite athlete representing Australia in three Paralympic Games and multiple World Championships, culminating in winning gold and becoming Paralympic champion on the velodrome in Athens 2004.

Dr Andriy Boyko

Job Titles:

Dr Andriy Boyko is an accredited registrar with the Australasian College of Sports and Exercise Medicine Physicians (ACSEP). He provides diagnosis and management for all sport-related medical and musculoskeletal complaints and is passionate about working with his local community. Dr Boyko welcomes all patients, from weekend warriors to elite athletes. A physiotherapy or GP referral is appreciated but not required. Dr Boyko has experience in expedition medicine and providing medical care for elite athletes. He has worked with the Victorian Football League, A-League, NRL, Touch NSW and Gymnastics Australia. He also volunteers with local organisations, leading the medical team at the Port Macquarie Running Festival, providing medical care for the Port Macquarie Pirates rugby union club and patrolling with the Port Macquarie Surf Lifesaving Club. This year, as well as helping patients in Port Macquarie, he will be working in Newcastle with the Newcastle Knights and Dr Neil Halpin. Prior to specialising in sports medicine, Dr Boyko completed his Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practice. He also has a postgraduate diploma in musculoskeletal medicine. Liam is an experienced dietitian who has been empowering patients for over ten-years through customised nutrition coaching and meal planning. He is a progressive and passionate dietitian with significant experience in tailored metabolic health nutrition and sports nutrition. Liam has worked alongside specialist sports physicians and with a range of athletes from junior developing athletes right through to masters athletes across a number of sports including professional soccer, professional rugby league, athletics, endurance runners, dancers, swimmers and water polo athletes, surfers and elite mountain biking. Liam takes an individualised approach with all clients, taking time to understand client's motivation, goals and the balance of daily life challenges (work / family / social / sporting etc) before providing practical advice and developing specific dietary management plans. As well as sports nutrition work, Liam enjoys working with clients who are motivated to improve their metabolic health. Liam specially enjoys providing a fresh approach and motivation to clients struggling with weight management and diabetes management that are not seeing results following generic guidelines. Liam started the business with a vision to provide a fresh approach to nutritional advice and management. He has over eight years experience in chronic disease and sports nutrition areas working across a range of settings including General Practice and sports medicine clinics and consulting to sporting clubs/academies, workplaces and aged care providers. He has a truly individualised approach. He acknowledges that we all have different taste preferences, nutritional needs and unique influences on our dietary patterns and will work with you to develop a plan with these factors in mind. No two consults are the same!!

Tom is a Physiotherapist from the Central Coast who has been a part of the PhyxYou Team since 2021. Tom has completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (honors) at Newcastle university. Prior to working at Phyx You Tom had experience working with local rugby teams and in the hospital setting.
