I bring over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate and Construction Industry. During my college years, I was working for a contractor and learned the various trades involved and then, in 1990, I decided to get my real estate license. As a Realtor, I really enjoyed working closely with homeowners and contractors. Besides being a listing agent, selling Residential and Commercial properties, my main focus was finding fixer upper homes for my clients/investors and guiding them thru the construction process, well after the close of escrow. My real strengths have always been in developing relationships with my clients, helping them achieve their goals, providing real solutions and building confidence.
