Farheen leads Scope Global's portfolio of international development programs.
Farheen is an experienced development practitioner and has dedicated more than 18 years of her career to inspiring progress and meaningful change in people's lives. Her specialities include program management, strategic planning, communications, monitoring, evaluation and learning, and gender equity, diversity and inclusion.
Before joining Scope Global, Farheen served as Senior Program Development Specialist with USAID in Bangladesh, the United States and Senegal.
Farheen holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Richmond, USA and a Master of Development Studies from BRAC University, Bangladesh.
Isabel Miller - Chief Legal Officer, Secretary

Isabel is responsible for providing specialised legal advice and company secretariat services at Scope Global.
Isabel has worked across a wide range of legal areas. Her varied experience has afforded her a strong commercial acumen and ability to build positive working relationships with both colleagues and external parties.
Isabel holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Adelaide, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Australian National University.
Isabel was admitted as a Legal Practitioner in 2014 and holds an unrestricted 2020 - 21 Practising Certificate.

Jane is an experienced and passionate human resources leader. She brings a values and people-focused approach to her leadership of Scope Global's people and culture strategy and operations.
Since joining Scope Global in 2014, Jane has led key people and culture initiatives across the full employee lifecycle. This includes programs to enhance employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance, retention and succession planning. As a strong advocate for flexible work and inclusion practices, Jane has played a key role in advancing Scope Global's diverse, inclusive and flexible workplace culture.
Jane holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Human Resource Management) from Monash University.

- Acting Head of Scholarships and Mobility
Jo has joined Scope Global on secondment as the Acting Head of Scholarships and Mobility.
An experienced and adaptable internatinal educaitn professional, Jo has dedicated over 18 years of her career to the higher education sector. Her specialities include strategic planning, stakeholder relationship development, effective project management and managing high performance teams.
Jo holds a Bachelor of Design and a Graduate Diploma in Business from the University of South Australia.
As a Maven Adviser, Michael has delivered training and awareness, participated in website and app reviews, and advised on accessible technologies. He has developed and implemented disability action and inclusion plans, accessibility reviews and community consultations, and assisted in developing our virtual agent, May.
Michael lost his sight at the age of six but has never let this hold him back. He has worked in the disability sector for 25 years and holds qualifications from the University of Adelaide.
His work achievements include founding a national disability charity and holding board and participatory leadership roles for organisations such as Blind Sports SA, Blind Cricket SA and Inclusive Sports SA.
Michael currently works at the Royal Society for the Blind SA where he has held various roles such as IE Braille adaptive technology specialist, in corporate relations and working with youth. Michael has also been the Employee Representative for 6 years on the Royal Society for the Blind Board.
Michael is an avid sports fan. He competed and held captaincy for Australia in Blind cricket for more than 20 years, and in South Australia for almost 30 years. Michael is committed to building a more empowered and inclusive future.
Nick is responsible for leading Scope Global's finance team and providing strategic and operational financial advice and support to the board, executive and key stakeholders.
Nick's career has tended towards roles where he can support those who help others. With previous roles in government and the not for profit sector, working in international education, skills development and inclusion was a natural progression.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Management) from the University of Adelaide and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australian and New Zealand.
