The Cancer Insurance Checklist is designed to help you compare insurance plans and consider your cancer care needs when shopping for insurance in your state's health insurance marketplace/exchange. Use the cancer insurance checklist if you have cancer, a history of cancer or are at risk of cancer to help you evaluate insurance plans online, when discussing cancer insurance needs with your navigator or marketplace/exchange representative, doctor, pharmacist, or other health care provider.
