Founded in 2005, the Bridgeway Group is a non-profit organization based in Massachusetts, USA. We build the capacity of organizations and individuals in negotiation, conflict management, communication and leadership skills. The Bridgeway Group brings to organizations pragmatic methods, tools and skill sets developed at the Harvard Negotiation Project, CMPartners LLC, and in our twenty years of individual and collective practice... The Bridgeway Group is celebrating over 15 years of supporting individuals and organizations in conflict-affected environments to develop more innovative ways to manage conflict. As we reflect on our history and our program work, we are excited to share our successes and tell you about our new direction... The Bridgeway Group works in partnership with parties in conflict-affected regions to provide long-term capacity building for the effective, sustainable and non-violent management of social and community conflict.
