Renovating and painting homes started part time and began as a corporation in 1996. My background is law working as a litigation paralegal for 17 years. Litigation can be very demanding, preparation lengthy for trial and I could not devote a 100% to both my business or as a paralegal; therefore, I left my paralegal job and started the company in 1996. I started with one employee and have had as many as 11. My business has been in operation for over 25 years and has expanded into General Contracting services offering an array of services as listed in this profile. I find general contracting very exciting as you see the transformations quickly rather than slowly in the legal profession.
