Bobo Xie joined UES in September 2008. He started UES as IT Manager and promoted as Assistant Vice President in June 2017. He is based in Shanghai office, and he has responsibility for global operations team and IT team. Bobo Xie graduated from Nanjing University of Finance and Economics. Prior to joining UES, Bobo Xie had worked in Hans Einhell IT department where he dealt with ERP system and business analysis. Bobo Xie joined UES in September 2008. He started UES as IT Manager and promoted as Assistant Vice President in June 2017. He has responsibility for global operations team and IT team.

Based in Shanghai, China, Eric Lu joined UES in 2012 as the Manager of Investor Relations Department, was promoted to Vice President, Marketing in 2018 and overseeing the global activities of the UES container leasing businesses. Eric acquired his Bachelor degree in Massey University of New Zealand in 2006 and currently pursuing his EMBA degree in Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Prior to joining UES, Eric worked as the Investment Director for the Firstrust Capital, a boutique investment bank headquartered in Atlanta, US. With a wide ranging experiences in both financing and container leasing, Eric has established a strong track record of success in the field of container leasing and financing, and have an extensive top-level shipping and financing industry contacts. He has more than 10 years' experience in the container leasing industry.

Gloria is a certified public accountant of the states of New York and New Jersey in the USA, she has more than 20 years of working experience in the financial and leasing industry. Gloria joined UES in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer overseeing financial planning and reporting, shareholder reporting, cash management, and tax compliance. Prior to joining UES, Gloria worked for CIT Group Inc. as CFO of its Vendor Finance sector, and prior to that she was the Treasury Director of Cendant Corporation, and senior management in Treasury and Controller's department of Joseph E. Seagram and Sons. Prior to that Gloria was a manager in audit and tax practice with KPMG. Gloria completed her executive MBA studies with Kellogg HKUST in 2013 and received her MBA degree from Northwest University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Gloria enjoys travel, meeting with new people, and she also loves painting, baking and gourmet cooking. Gloria joined UES in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer. She is a certified public accountant of the states of New York and New Jersey in the USA, she has more than 20 years of working experience in the financial and leasing industry.

Mr. Huaisheng Zhang is founder, director of the board and CEO of UES. He set up the company in 1996 and started up his business as agent for international liners, lessors and investors. Then he stepped into sectors of container leasing and container trading in the next years. He expanded his footprints in US and EU thereafter and acquired growth capital from a fund advised JP Morgan Asset Management in 2021. Mr. Zhang is founder, director of the board and CEO of UES Investment Limited. He set up the company in 1996 and started up his business as agent for international liners, lessors and investors.

Ross Briggs joined UES as the Vice President of Strategy, M&A and Business Development in 2022 and is based out of New York. Ross is a part of the company management team and manages the firm's relationships with banks and other capital providers. Prior to joining UES, Ross spent 15+ years in corporate and investment banking, the last 10+ of which he focused on the transportation industry. Ross began his career as a generalist at Houlihan Lokey in 2006 before joining the Shipping and Equipment Leasing equity research team at Wells Fargo in 2010. Ross joined ABN AMRO in 2013 in the transportation group, responsible for customers in the container leasing, railcar, shipping and aviation sectors. Ross graduated from the University of Rochester with a BS in Chemical Engineering, and completed an MBA from the Simon School of Business. He enjoys the outdoors, skiing and travel with his family.
