Anna Frizzell

Anna joined the RNLI in April 2013 as Sustainability Manager. She has a BSc Hons Degree in Environmental Protection and is an Associate member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (AIEMA). Before joining the RNLI Anna worked for 15 years as an EU funded environmental / sustainability advisor working with businesses who employ less than 250 people.

Cheryl Hiles

Cheryl Hiles is an executive director at Regen SW, responsible for Regen's future success as director of strategy. Cheryl also provides policy and strategy advice to regulated businesses, third sector clients, local authorities and government, through scenario planning, energy strategy development and market analysis. Cheryl is a founding director of the community interest company Communities for Renewables, a director of Mendip Renewables Ltd and a governor of the Raleigh Federation. Cheryl was also a trustee of the Centre for Sustainable Energy from 2005 to 2011. Cheryl is a specialist in land use planning, distributed generation and community energy and has led a number of initiatives to support the growth of the community energy sector and improve the planning environment for renewable energy across England and Wales. She has worked with the wind industry since 2004 and remains Regen's lead on wind energy, having written national guidance for the government on best practice community engagement and securing community benefits from wind energy.

Fergus Rolfe

Fergus became manager of Fit for the Future at the beginning of 2018. He is an experienced project manager in the sustainability sector; leading and managing teams in a diverse range of research, knowledge sharing and commercial initiatives.

Giles is Director of Programmes at Ashden. Before this, he was the first Head of Energy, then Director of Programmes at Forum for the Future with responsibility for work in the energy and food systems.

Ian Mills

Iain is a Chartered Surveyor and Senior Asset Manager at The Crown Estate. The Crown Estate is an independent commercial business, created by Act of Parliament. Iain works in the Rural & Coastal team which manages significant areas of foreshore and seabed, over 100,000 hectares of rural land and Windsor Great Park. The Crown Estate manages a portfolio that also comprises central London properties, including Regent Street St James's, and a number of regional retail parks. All The Crown Estate's net revenue is returned to the UK Treasury.

Keith Jones

A change of career to pursue childhood ambitions to be a Trust warden has brought Keith Jones to his current role, advising on environmental matters across the National Trust's 250,000 hectares of land. Keith's time at the NT began in 2000, as he'd dreamt, as a ranger on Snowdon and progressing to countryside manager for Snowdonia. His ever-enquiring mind then took him on a new path to get involved in renewable energy and sustainability.

Richard Carter

Richard is Head of finance and sustainability at Adnams plc, an award-winning regional brewery and distillery based in Southwold, famous for its eco-distribution centre, its energy efficient brewhouse and its 240,000 honey bees. Richard holds a first class accounting degree from the University of Wales and subsequently qualified as a chartered management accountant.

Simon Brammer

He believes that selling the positive creates more effective change than dwelling on the negative. He is responsible for ensuring that Ashden winners reach their maximum potential; work in partnership to do more, and share their learning to help others replicate what they do so well.
