Mr Ching Wei Hong

Mr Ching Wei Hong is the former Deputy President, Group Wealth Management & Consumer Banking, OCBC Bank. Mr Ching joined OCBC in November 1999 as head of transaction banking and has held various senior roles including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Group Head Operations & Technology and Chairman of Bank of Singapore before being named Deputy President on 9 January 2020. In his capacity as COO of OCBC, he was responsible for the Global Wealth Management and Consumer Division, focusing on building the OCBC Group's consumer banking franchise and wealth management business in its key markets in Asia. Mr Ching also oversaw OCBC's Group Customer Experience unit and OCBC's fintech and innovation unit, The Open Vault at OCBC. Mr Ching has more than 38 years of experience in regional finance, wealth management, consumer retail banking, corporate banking and cash management. Before joining OCBC, he was Director of Corporate Finance, Philips Electronics Asia Pacific. He also held senior regional assignments in Bank of America and was Treasurer of Union Carbide Asia Pacific. Mr Ching holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. At present, he is a member of Nanyang Technological University's Board of Trustees.

Lam Chung Nian heads the Intellectual Property, Technology & Data Group of WongPartnership LLP, one of Singapore's leading law firms. He handles both contentious and non-contentious matters in the areas of intellectual property, media, information technology, data protection and telecommunications law, and has extensive experience advising local and multinational companies, listed corporations and government regulators on transactional, enforcement, advisory and regulatory matters in these disciplines. He graduated from the National University of Singapore. He is admitted to the Singapore Bar and to the Roll of Solicitors of England & Wales, and is a registered patent agent in Singapore. Chung Nian is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has also been appointed as an IP Adjudicator empowered to hear disputes before the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS), as well as to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre Panel of Arbitrators for Intellectual Property Disputes, the World Intellectual Property Organisation ("WIPO") Panel of Film and Media Mediators, Arbitrators and Experts, and the panel of mediators for the IPOS-WIPO initiative for Mediation for Proceedings Instituted in IPOS. Mr. Jimmy Phoon is the Executive Director and CEO of Seviora Holdings. He was formerly the CEO of SeaTown Holdings International from 2010 to 2020. Before SeaTown, Jimmy was the Senior Managing Director, Head of Strategy at Temasek Holdings. Prior to joining Temasek in 1999, Jimmy was with Standard Chartered Merchant Bank Asia Limited ("SCMBA"). Sok Hui has previously served on the Boards of DBS Bank India Limited, Bank of the Philippine Islands, The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, Housing & Development Board, Accounting Standards Council and, for 10 years, as the Supervisor of the Board of DBS Bank (China) Limited.
