Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) is part of CommonSpirit Health, a single health care organization formed with Dignity Health and Dignity Community Care. CommonSpirit Health will perform most health care operational functions on behalf of or in collaboration with CHI, Dignity Health, and Dignity Community Care. As a system of health care providers, we work towards improving health care by leveraging expertise and data in a single Organized Health Care Arrangement (OHCA) under HIPAA.
