FLOORING FIRST CONTRACTS

Flooring First Contracts originated from its predecessor, Flooring First Ltd, which was established in 2017. At that initial stage, I served as a floor layer and aimed to scale the business. To achieve this, I enlisted the assistance of several other skilled floor layers. Our expertise spanned a broad range of projects, including retail spaces, care homes, hotels, and gyms. In 2020, my co-director Stephen Clark and I transitioned from hands-on work to focus on business expansion... In 2023, we founded Flooring First Contracts and secured a significant collaboration with A+B Group for an 80-unit residential new build project. Presently, we are engaged in five additional new build residential projects and maintain an ongoing partnership with A+B Group... As of May this year, we are pleased to announce that Barry Taylor and Simon Rose of A&B Group have partnered with Flooring First Contracts.
