So it was that in 2003 I left "Zuris ice cream machines" to found Matrix Engineering s.a., based in Lugano where I moved with my family, initially with the aim of dealing with engineering and marketing of ice cream production equipment... The Matrix company is a recognized manufacturer of ice cream machinery industrial, engaged in the sector since 2002. With a team of 12 highly qualified people, we are proud to offer solutions tailor-made for small and medium-sized customers.
