Lukáš is an experienced principal ServiceNow consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry on projects in numerous sectors. After completing a mathematics degree at Charles University in Prague, Lukáš went on to gain a master's degree in the mathematical methods of information security. In his current role as head of technology, Lukáš brings his extensive IT experience to bear in ServiceNow and areas such as ITIL, ITOM, business processes, information security and integration. He remains focused on finding new opportunities where IT can enable new possibilities for business.

Laszlo Szabo joined GuideVision in 2018 as the Country Manager of GuideVision Hungary. In addition, he manages the Capability Center, which is responsible for project deliverables in all countries, as well as for group-level HR, communication, and education. Through his professional journey, Laszlo has continuously challenged himself and embraced new roles. Even in his spare time, he seeks to create and explore through activities like hiking and DIY projects. What energizes him is sharing experiences, motivating others, and supporting their success.

Norbert is one of the co-founders of GuideVision and the chairman of its board. After graduating with a master's degree in computer science from Charles University in Prague, he started his career as a software developer. Very soon he became an entrepreneur and after teaming up with Pavel Müller to found AspectWorks, he changed his focus from technology to management. Norbert is addicted to setting more and more ambitious targets and then reaching them with the team. He likes driving anything that has an engine - except lawnmowers. Norbert loves paprika and Hungarian cuisine in general. A lot.

Pavel is a co-founder of GuideVision and serves on its board of directors. He drives the company's vision, strategy and growth and turns ambitious ideas into reality. Pavel is a software developer, solution architect and consultant focused on detail and quality. After earning degrees in both computer science and economics and management at Czech Technical University, Pavel became an entrepreneur at an early age, founding AspectWorks together with Norbert in 2005 and GuideVision in 2014. Pavel is passionate about mountain biking and skiing and is a very fast go-kart racing driver.

Radovan is a true techie by nature, education, and professional background, which fits his role as GuideVision CEO very well. Over the past 25 years, he has worked in a diverse set of roles, including software developer, project manager, architect and in various leadership positions for companies in software development, consulting, and professional services. After completing a Computer Science master's degree, he worked as a software developer at the Czech Academy of Science, a product manager in a medium-sized software house, and a vice president in a multinational Logistics company. Based on his experience, Radovan believes IT is primarily a people business. Every year he picks up a new skill, from paragliding to ballroom dancing.

Stanislav is a finance professional with more than 20 years of cross-industry and multi-country senior management experience in several European countries. A graduate of the Prague University of Economics & Business, he has held various finance and project-related roles such as CFO, head of financial planning, and M&A Integration project lead. He has worked for a global FMCG Fortune 500 company and a private equity-backed pharmaceuticals business. Stanislav enjoys developing a people-centric company culture and positive disruptive thinking. He loves to run, ski and ride motorbikes, and is a French wine enthusiast. He also empowers people in career transition and is a member of the Czech-Swiss Chamber of Commerce.
