Alix Martin is the founding partner of Martin Law, P.C. She benefits from extensive experience in US Immigration Law. As an immigrant herself, she had to go through several immigration processes. As such, she understands that your immigration journey can be difficult at times. Her unique background coupled with her hands-on experience equips her with specialized knowledge and understanding of her clients' immigration needs.
Prior to her current role, Alix was Head of Legal Affairs at an industrial company based in California. She also held positions at several global multi-practice law firms and at a boutique immigration law firm in Los Angeles. Alix studied in France, the UK and graduated from UCLA School of Law. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Alix speaks French and English.
Camila Tamayo is a Law Clerk at Martin Law, P.C., where she plays a vital role in supporting our attorneys across a range of immigration and nationality law matters. A graduate of UCLA, Camila brings strong research and writing skills, a sharp legal mind, and a deep commitment to client service.
In her role, Camila assists with preparing visa petitions, green card applications, and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs). She conducts legal research, drafts legal memoranda, and helps manage case files to ensure timely and thorough filings. Camila also provides administrative and organizational support, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our firm.
Her attention to detail, professionalism, and passion for immigration law make her an integral part of the Martin Law, P.C. team.

Marie Alazard is Of Counsel at Martin Law, P.C., providing specialized legal support for our clients who are French-speaking artists and creatives navigating international legal matters. Based in France, Marie is a licensed attorney and a graduate of Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II), one of the country's most prestigious law schools.
With a strong focus on intellectual property law, Marie advises French artists, performers, and creators on protecting their rights both in France and internationally. She assists with copyright, trademark, and licensing matters, and ensures that our clients' creative works are legally secured as they expand their careers across borders.
