During his career as an attorney and then as a mediator, Joseph Stavola participated in many hundreds of mediations and court-supervised settlement conferences and is now available to assist you in the successful resolution of your cases and claims... A graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and New York Law School, and first admitted to the New York Bar in 1979, he practiced for 13 years in New York City as an associate and partner in what was the largest medical malpractice litigation firm in the United States. He then was admitted in North Carolina in 1991, and became a name partner in Sharpless & Stavola, PA, a Greensboro litigation firm.
