The various industries housed under the Renovo Consulting umbrella are often commission driven competitive environments where the agents and brokers are seeking to push products that earn the highest dollar amount. Though there are many issues with this model the primary one is that often times the commission amount supersedes the needs of the client. Our business was built with multiple safeguards in place to ensure this industry norm never makes it inside of our doors, first, our staff are not paid commissions they are paid a standard set wage, their ability to put bread on their table is not dependent on closing a sale with a large commission. Second, instead of a straight percentage of commission we have negotiated fair and defined amounts that our vendors pay us. This means that on some jobs we make less than we would if we were strictly commission based and on some we make more, but across the board it is fair and even which completely removes the temptation to sway our clients..
