Supply Services was established in Auckland in 1980 as a chemical supply company. In 1987, the business moved to Mt. Maunganui to be nearer to the Port of Tauranga and its storage facilities. The company expanded its chemical business to Wellington (1991-1996), Bluff (1995-1996), and Brisbane (1993-1996). Additionally, it maintained warehousing in Mobile, Alabama, USA, from 1986 to 1995.
