In 2021, House of Charity and St. Stephen's Human Services merged. This dynamic collaboration helped us not only combine services, but led to our clients receiving more streamline, holistic services to address instances of homelessness and food insecurity... House of Charity and St. Stephen's Human Services merged to create Agate Housing and Services. Together, we can help more people with a more comprehensive continuum of service. We can be one collective step closer to ending homelessness in Minnesota... House of Charity and St. Stephens is now Agate Housing and Services. We're committed to ending homelessness and changing lives in Minneapolis and Minnesota.
