Hamish. F. Morrison - Originally worked in Civil Engineering in Trunk Roads & Bridges before moving into Consulting Structural Engineering Practice & then joining a well known National Construction Group at Director level in a number of roles. His contribution was fundamental to the rapid UK growth of this Group. Most recently running the Scottish Manufacturing & Supply chains. He had overall responsibility for all UK material sourcing, procurement & logistics throughout Europe & for designing, procuring, & commissioning a major green field manufacturing plant near London. He brings many years of Timber Structural Engineering & Operational expertise as well as Customer support to the business.
Syd Birnie - Over 20 Years experience in the building Industry through Architectural design to Sales & Marketing across a range of construction sectors, including national Timber Frame Contractors at senior level. His more recent experience in in sourcing, marketing & importation of high quality; timber related building products from Europe into the UK. He is also a professionally qualified Project Manager & has a strong architectural background. He brings a wealth of experience & knowledge of UK construction markets and in Scandinavian, Polish, & Iberian importation trading to Glulam Solutions Ltd & in the Customer servicing areas.
