Chris Copeman

Chris has a health and safety career spanning multiple disciplines and has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience having previously worked as a Regional SHE Manager for Robertson Construction covering major projects and as a HM inspector for the Health and Safety Executive. Chirs joined Safety Scotland in 2020 as a Senior Health and Safety Consultant.

Fiona Main

Fiona joined Safety Scotland in 2018 after working for 21 years in industrial aviation services, primarily within the logistics sector. Her experience in logistics has made her an indispensable member of the team, ensuring that day to day business runs smoothly.

Geoff Shearer

Job Titles:

Geoff joined Safety Scotland in 2015 while working towards his Batchelor of Science in Architectural Technology at Robert Gordon University which he achieved in 2017. His understanding and passion for the profession was recognised in 2018 when he was awarded Young Construction Professional at the Trade Awards North Scotland.

Kevin Main - Managing Director

Kevin started his career as an apprentice joiner in 1977, progressing to a site agent before he became a training advisor for the CITB. It was during this time that Kevin was instrumental in setting up Grampian Construction Training Group which allowed him to develop his passion for health and safety. In 1998 he joined Wood-Murray Associates before leaving to form Safety Scotland in 2004.

Michelle Forth

Michelle graduated from Robert Gordon University in 2005 having gained a Batchelor of Science in Construction Management. She then began her career within the industry working on various multi-million pound projects. Michelle joined Safety Scotland in 2011 as a CDM Co-ordinator and has since progressed through the company to her current position of Director.

Pamela Brechin

After 16 years in tax planning, Pamela joined Safety Scotland in 2018. A highly valued member of the team, Pamela is the first point of contact for many of our customers. Her experience of working directly with clients allows her to respond efficiently and effectively to our customers' requests.
