Alice is a Paralegal in our Public Law department, with expertise in areas such as Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Court of Protection matters.
During her time in the department, she has helped to secure appropriate education provision for children with SEN and/or disabilities, along with assisting members of the team with Court of Protection cases.
She assists with representing parties in respect of capacity disputes, best interests and section 21a appeals against Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
