She is a former senior manager of a social enterprise, with over 20 years' experience in business banking.

She was instrumental in setting up Sheffield College's student self-employment social enterprise and is now the contract lead for business support for Ideas That Change Lives in Leeds.
Louanne's passion is working with individuals and small groups to develop their start-up and social enterprise business ideas. She has a background of working for a national charity, a local authority, and holds a degree in Business Studies.
