Beckie Parsons

The lynch pin of the company, Beckie's extensive knowledge of event production is obvious from the get go. The most hard working member of FIAB/Judgeday, Beckie confidently and kindly guides the rest of the team through the nitty gritty of every project - with particular focus on the logistics, health & safety and aesthetics. Beckie has a great ability to look at outdoor venues and see the best solutions to create truly fantastic events. Adept at managing large scale events from 30,000 people to smaller parties for 250 her expertise is second to none. Having recently completed her training with 'A Greener Festival' (http://www.agreenerfestival.com/) she is committed to promoting and implementing greener methods within the events industry. You'll find her... galavanting around on her horse, Arthur (when not chained to her desk!)

Chris Hayter

  • Technical Production
Known fondly as 'a credit to the business,' Chris Hayter has been with Festival in a Box since it's conception. A whizz at all things, well... 'whizzy', Chris guides us delicately and patiently through the sea of never ending technical production. From PA systems to stages, lighting rigs and projection, Chris always comes up with the solutions to please all parties, in even the most challenging spaces. Chris has mastered the dark art of artist negotiations and is comfortably able to secure the best artists for the job...and then works very hard to keep them happy. Having toured with a wealth of musicians over the years, he understands their needs and what is required to give an exceptional show - to both artists and audiences alike. You'll find him...fiddling with things behind the stage - or in the bottom of a coffee cup.

Dan Whiting

A creative and innovative operational leader with an inbuilt drive to deliver and achieve, Dan brings with him bundles of experience in sales and development. Often the first person you'll speak to via email or at the end of the phone; Dan's calm, friendly and straight-talking demeanour is a breath of fresh air. You'll find him...making complex and highly intelligible excel spreadsheets (which we all pretend to understand)

Natty Taraskevics

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Having trained at the Stella Alder Conservatory in New York in 2011, Natty returned to the UK and worked as a freelance Event Manager and Artist Liaison for Judgeday at House Festival, Cornbury Festival and in 2014, as Logistics Coordinator for Judgeday on the Kate Bush ‘Before the Dawn' concerts. Natty now project manages many of the company's Festival in a Box projects as well as Far Fetched Theatre - a fledgling theatre company passionately encouraging experiential play, and active learning. Her experience comes from the creative arts, and Natty is never more happier than when coordinating the artistic, theatrical and logistic elements behind an event. A great team player, and focussed on delivering outstanding and memorable events. You'll find her...
