Ian started his recruitment career in 1994 placing Orthopaedic and Anaesthesia professionals on a permanent, contract and rotational basis. Headhunted twice in the late 90's to join ‘start-up' recruitment firms within the medical sector; Ian realised a long held ambition to be a business owner in 2000 with Call Centre Associates where he was co-owner and director.
