Claire Robinson is an experienced project manager and book-keeper. She joined Totally HR to manage the day to day running of the office as well as managing the book-keeping of the business. With exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, she has over 15 years' experience in selection and assessment.

Louise Tupman (CIPD) is a highly skilled HR Professional with a broad generalist background and a proven track record of delivering strategic HR support aligned to business growth gained over the past 30 years. Her track record of delivering solutions to both common and unusual HR related challenges speaks for itself. She has worked with charities, SMEs, blue chip and not for profit clients in a wide range of industries, including the automotive, agriculture, construction, engineering, retail and scientific sectors. Her clients range in size from small owner managed companies, through to medium sized businesses with some in-house HR resource and large enterprises including BMW, Marks and Spencer, Total and Shell.
