Gordon is a Chartered Engineer with an MBA from INSEAD. He has acquired wide-ranging senior management and business experience during his 34 years career. This experience includes building design and construction site management as a consulting engineer, capital projects & property consultancy on a very wide variety of assignments on major projects in UK and overseas, senior international commercial and business development roles at a global telecoms company and MD of a management consultancy focused on the profitable growth of small and medium-sized businesses. Gordon has been a member of a UK Energy Policy Working Group organised by the Sainsbury Management Fellowship (SMF) Society (set up by Lord Sainsbury of Turville and the Royal Academy of Engineering in 1988 to sponsor Chartered Engineers to undertake MBAs at world-leading business schools). This Working Group has recently published a short paper entitled "Keeping the Lights On" which is being used to influence the UK Government's energy policy to meet both energy security and climate change targets. The SMF provides a unique viewpoint which combines engineering knowledge with an understanding of the economic issues.

Mike is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) with extensive experience of Finance Director roles in turnaround and growth situations as well as raising equity finance from investors and financial institutions. He has gained international business experience and has been Finance Director in businesses with over 700 staff. Recently, Mike has been acting as Non-Executive Finance Director to a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses. Gordon and Mike set up (in 2011) and are directors of another solar PV company - Free Green Energy Corporation Limited (www.freegreenenergy.co) which owns and operates solar PV systems for the medium and large-scale commercial sectors. Before 2010 Gordon and Mike worked together on consultancy assignments in the renewable energy sector and developed an in depth understanding of the market
