DUNCAN YEARDLEY - Key Persons
Adele has worked within a sales environment for many years and was a Branch Manager for a corporate estate agency prior to joining Duncan Yeardley, which gave her an excellent understanding of the property sales process and helping people move. She has lived locally for most of her life, apart from three years spent living and working in Munich, Germany. Adele's son, Oskar arrived in 2019 and certainly keeps his parents busy outside of work, when they enjoy days out and travel.
Anastasia is brilliant with people and loves creating new relationships. Perfect skills for her role at DY! Away from work she's a keen gym bunny and enjoys taking her dog out on long walks, plus she's a natural both in front of and behind the camera!

Callum followed his Dad into estate agency and has always had a passion for selling property. He started with work experience and went straight into the industry after leaving school, building on his experience in the local area over the past several years. Away from the office he enjoys watching and playing football with friends.
Chantelle moved over to the UK from Cape Town, South Africa with her husband and daughter. She previously worked in Property Management and has many years of Admin and Management experience. When not at work, Chantelle and her family love to go camping and for walks. On less sunny days, you'll find her curled up on the couch with a good book or a movie or baking something in the kitchen, always a cup of tea in hand.
Charlotte has worked in estate agency for more than 10 years, and prior to that enjoyed several years working in recruitment. She lives in Bracknell with her partner, two daughters and their dog Coco. Charlotte enjoys going to the gym, skating with her eldest daughter and paddle boarding with the family. They all enjoy an active life!
David previously worked in Corporate Sales as an Account Manager for nearly 30 years. Having take a step back from the world of commuting he is now enjoying semi-retirement. He lives with his partner Georgie and between them they have five children, all of whom are either at University or working full-time. David's passions include sport, reading, investing & learning, and long walks in the country with their two dogs.

Eileen retired from 3M in 2021 after 18 years of service. During that time, she was fortunate to have held several positions in Marketing, Credit Control and Events. When Covid turned the world upside down, she retrained and hosted live webinars. Eileen loves her role as a Viewing Assistant with Duncan Yeardley and hopes to continue working with Team DY and our clients for a long time to come!
Hannah started her career in estate agency at the age of 19 working in Maidenhead and has more than 20 years' experience in all aspects of Lettings. Outside of work she likes to keep active, is a keen traveller and loves spending time with family and friends.

Helen is Nick's sister and she successfully set up and established our Lettings Department back in 2013. Having spent much of her career prior to DY working in marketing, Helen now heads up our Marketing & Operations department. This suits her organisational skills, creativity and keen eye for detail perfectly! She loves taking long walks with her Labrador Finn and when time permits, travelling and visiting new places around the globe.

Ian started his career back in 1988 as a land buyer with the house builder Charles Church. Covering the south east of England he has gained an invaluable knowledge in the acquisition and planning process, boasting a proven track record for successfully developing numerous sites and then working with the builder to bring the new homes to market. Outside of work, Ian is an avid cricket fan who enjoys following England's up and downs!
Jan has lived in the local area with her family for many years and loves spending quality time with friends and family. She has worked in Property Management for over 10 years and thoroughly enjoys it and all the exciting challenges that it brings.

Jessica started her career in estate agency at the age of 17, working in Reading, London and Bracknell, and has experience in all aspects of Lettings. Friendly and personable, she is happy to help clients and enjoys creating new relationships. Away from work she loves spending time with family, friends and her two cats but most importantly, online shopping!

Judy has lived in Bracknell all her life and resides near South Hill Park with her family, which includes two dogs and two cats. She is great with people and has a real talent for spotting the right home for her clients. She's a property matchmaker! Outside of work she is always on the go - busy socialising and looking after her children and grandchildren.

Keith is proud to have been an estate agent all his working life and therefore boasts an impressive knowledge of the industry and the local housing market. Having benefited from working in varying markets, he is well placed to provide expert advice to clients wishing to move home. Away from work Keith enjoys spending time with his family, running and when time permits, a round of golf.
Lee is a born and bred local chap. He studied at Easthampstead Park and went on to successfully gain a Diploma in Sport with distinction. A big Liverpool FC fan and a fully qualified F.A. football coach, Lee lives in Crown Wood with his partner Becky and their daughter Amelia.
Liam attended school locally in Ascot and began his career in estate agency aged 18 in the Bracknell area. He has gone on to gain experience within the Maidenhead, Reading and Wokingham markets too. Building relationships is what Liam enjoys the most in his role, which gives him the opportunity to meet and help all kinds of people. Away from work, Liam enjoys playing football throughout the week and for a local Bracknell team on a Sunday (some say the next Sunday League Pirlo).
Liz has worked in property management for several years for both corporate to family-run businesses. She particularly enjoys the problem-solving aspects of the job and providing great service to our clients. Outside of work Liz enjoys spending time with family and friends and doing anything that allows her to be creative, from hair and make up to cooking, painting and drawing.
Mandy previously spent over 30 years working in the travel agency business, which gave her the opportunity to travel around the world collecting fond memories along the way. She prides herself on her friendly and attentive approach to sales and customer service, making her the perfect fit for Duncan Yeardley! In her spare time Mandy is a voluntary support worker for Youthline, a Bracknell-based charity, and also likes to watch football, eat cheese and travel.
Michelle has worked in property management for more than 15 years, originally dealing with Block Management. Prior to that she worked as a long haul stewardess for British Airways for many years. Away from work Michelle loves to travel, stay fit and walk her dog, Pebbles, who is a regular visitor to the office!
Michelle was born in Ascot and has lived in the area all her life, attending Ranelagh School in Bracknell. After studying Business & Finance at college she decided she wanted to see the world and joined British Airways as cabin crew - 25 years later and she's still there! As Michelle is only flying part-time, she jumped at the chance to work as a Viewing Assistant at Duncan Yeardley, as she's very interested in houses and meeting people. We're pleased to say, she absolutely loves it.
Nick started his career as an estate agent in Bracknell after leaving school back in 1990. After taking over ownership of Duncan Yeardley in 2012, he has been ambitiously working hard to develop the business. He lives locally with Charlotte, who also works for DY, and their two teenage children.
Rob is a dedicated family man who loves a walk in Swinley Forest with his little gang! Wife Emma, children Harvey and Sofia, and of course Flo - the Cockapoo! Rob is a Type One Diabetic, and in treating it and learning to live with it over the years, he has developed a love of cookery. It has also prompted him to undertake a PT qualification as a way to help others who fall foul of diabetes.
Sam's interest in property and her sociable nature led her to join the team in our Ascot office at the age of 50! She loves meeting people and helping them to find their new home. Away from work Sam, can be found walking the dog, playing golf and relaxing with her family.

My worst fashion mistake was… Dungarees, paisley shirt, and black wallabies! If you're around my age, you'll know! You might be surprised to know… That I am a Reiki Master. The thing I like best about my job is… It sounds cliche, but I love it when you see the look on someone's face when they realise they have found their dream home. The person I'd most like to go for a drink with is… My Nan and Grandpa. Both passed when I was younger. I would love to sit down and have a cup of tea and chat with them, listening to stories of their lives growing up in India and how they met.

Tom attended Garth Hill school in Bracknell and lives with his wife Heather and young children, Isla, Arthur and Olive. His calm and friendly nature makes him an ideal person to help guide clients through the moving process and his dedication, combined with an excellent knowledge of the local area and market, means he has a great ability to spot changing trends. He's also extremely good at DIY!

Vivien has worked in the lettings industry for five years, dealing directly with tenants and landlords. She understands the importance of delivering excellent customer service and finds it very rewarding matching tenants to the right properties. In her free time, Vivien loves spending time with her partner and young daughter, playing golf and cleaning the house!
