Our shipping accountant has a MSc in Agricultural Economics and BSc in Accounting. Andrzej is an affiliate member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He has worked in shipping since 2004 and has experience with shipping investment appraisal programmes, with NPV and IRR calculations and with the preparation of cash flows for project evaluation.

SecondWind's founder and CEO is well known throughout the shipping industry, both in her role as an expert witness and as a work-out specialist for problem shipping loans. Jean has been in the shipping industry since 1973; her broad commercial experience has covered dry bulk, containers, tankers, gas and passenger vessels. Jean has worked in a number of posts: Marketing Manager of Seabridge, the large bulk carrier consortium; Development Analyst for the Gulf Group companies; Strategic Planning Manager for Gotaas Larsen; Director of Magma Services Ltd and Director of Fairwind shipping Ltd, 1984 to 2004. Jean is a Liveryman in the Worshipful Company of Shipwrights, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, and a member of the Baltic Exchange. Jean's restructuring experience included involvement in the largest shipping work- out ever undertaken, whilst with Fairwind, with the repossession of a fleet of 49 vessels owned by Adriatic Tankers. This project involved commercial management of 16 of the Adriatic vessels with managed disposal of the remainder in a range of jurisdictions. Jean left Fairwind Shipping in 2004 to set up Quantum Shipping Services concentrating on the aspects of shipping that interest her most - expert witness cases, project consultancy, distressed loan work-out and due diligence - and in order to provide a truly independent consultancy to the market. Jean has acted as shipping advisor in maritime litigations in 13 jurisdictions and more than 400 cases involving asset valuations, earnings forecasts, npv calculations and computation of damages and maintains up to date contacts with most shipping sectors to facilitate quick responses for the provision of market appraisals and reviews.

Kristina Narvidaite

A Shipping Analyst, with a degree in Business Administration, Kristina has been involved in shipping since 2007. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Ship Brokers and during her time in the industry has been involved in providing research and analytical services to more than 50 maritime clients for the evaluation of markets and market trends.
