Fay Johnstone

Areas Of Expertise: Residential Property & Conveyancing Fay started with Walkers in January 2016 working within our Residential Conveyancing Team. She obtained a First Class Honours degree from Edge Hill University in Criminology with Law, graduating in 2012. Fay specialises in all aspects of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages, as well as right to buy purchases of council and housing association properties.

He has vast experience in numerous areas of law but now specialises in Probate, Wills and Elderly Client matters as well as Conveyancing and Property matters.

She is an experienced criminal defence solicitor whose expertise extends across a broad spectrum of defence work including murder and complex fraud cases. Janet undertakes all aspects of criminal law. She advises clients at police stations, represents them at the Magistrates' Court and conducts Crown Court case preparation.
