Jo Hopwood

Jo is the founder of Full Circle Training & Development Ltd. Jo is a development consultant and business coach, with over 25 years of experience in people and organization development. Jo's passion is to maximize the talents within individuals and teams. She has worked with leaders and managers across a range of organizations, including; Nationwide Building Society, Close Brothers Asset Management, Johnson & Johnson, St. James's Place Wealth Management, Aviva Specialist Insurance, Andrews Property Management, UCAS, the NHS, and many SME business entrepreneurs. Specialising in the assessment and development of individuals, teams and managers at all levels within an organization. Jo really excels where she can weave the magic of Insights Discovery throughout an organization, improving communication and generating team successes at all levels. Her real passion is working with Discovery to enable people to truly understand themselves and others in order to achieve lasting and productive relationships. During her career, Jo has worked in a variety of HR and Development roles. She holds Level A and B Certificates in Occupational Testing and Personality Profiling and is qualified in the use a range of psychometric tools. She is a licensed Insights Discovery Practitioner; and is also a member of the British Psychological Society and Institute of Leadership & Management. Jo subscribes to the ethical framework of the Association for Coaching and holds both an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and a post-graduate degree level award through the University of the West of England (UWE). All of her work has a strong emphasis on personal development, engagement and being able to demonstrate positive results.

Mike Jones

Mike has more than 20 years experience of selling professional services and regularly works alongside Full Circle Training & Development. A Psychology graduate of the University of Western Australia, Mike has held senior sales and marketing roles in some of the leading professional services firms including Zurich, St. James's Place Capital and Tite & Lewis. He was also sales director of Ernst & Young. Mike regularly works alongside Full Circle Training and Development as well as being the founder of Intrinsic Values Limited. Mike has led many assignments and is a recognised leader in the field of sales and business development. He was the world's first law firm Sales Director and has built a reputation as one of the most influential consultants in the professional sector. Mike is a well-known conference speaker and has published a number of articles on selling professional services. Mike is also the the founder of his own business Intrinsic Values. Nick Howell

Supporting leaders and managers to bring change, growth and performance to employees and teams. Nick has been working in people development for over 20 years. Having run ILM centres developing and leading programmes for Level 3-7 leaders and managers, he now specialises in leadership and team development and coaching. Offering 121 and team coaching, developing coaching cultures, coach supervision, he has now trained almost a thousand people in coaching and mentoring, supervising many of these to achieve ILM, CMI and EMCC coaching qualifications. He has written a coaching book - ‘Great Coaching Questions' which feeds off his coach training experience, to enable new coaches and leaders to enhance their coaching thinking and skills. He has a second book in the works presently.Nick's coaching is inclusive, embracing systemic thinking and solutions focussed activities. His training and facilitation style is engaging, passionate, challenging and transformational. He has worked across education, utilities, financial services, NHS, Metropolitan Police, charity and CIC sectors. Sharon has a wealth of experience in understanding customers' needs to provide value added training. Sharon prides herself in delivering interactive, enjoyable solutions to maximise the learning experience and has designed bespoke solutions covering a wide range of topics across a range of industries including: automotive industry, manufacturing, retail, financial services and local government departments.

Tracey Smart

Tracey has over 20 years delivering development in a variety of industries from financial institutions to retails stores. She has designed and delivered development programmes on a variety of human skills such as leadership, people management and team effectiveness. She has worked in great organisations such as St James's Place Wealth Management, Ageas UK, Tesco Stores and many great small and medium enterprises. Tracey has a real passion for developing people in raising self-awareness and building those human skills that are so needed in today's business environment. She is an experienced practitioner loves to integrate the many tools she is familiar with into her development design, such as Insights Discovery, Emotional Intelligence, Hogan, A&B psychometrics, and Lego Serious Play.
