QDM Limited was established in 2009 by Director Carol Quinn (MSc Psychological Trauma, FdA Counselling - Registered/Accredited member MBACP (Accred), BSc Psychology, Dip Stress Management, ICISF Approved Instructor, MISMA). Carol worked as an Air Traffic Control officer, throughout the UK, for over 20 years. An experienced instructor/trainer, Counsellor and CISM interventionist, she brings an energy and wealth of knowledge to working with any group of people. Her unique insight and empathy when working on a one-to-one basis and her practiced ability in enabling others to cope more positively..
