Amanda Mayall

Amanda Mayall joined our specialist team in October 2014 in the capacity of Assistant Brain Injury Case Manager. Amanda has 18 years of working in customer services within the banking industry followed by 7 years working for the regulatory body of Solicitors of England and Wales. In 2018, Amanda was part of the team who won the CMSUK Award for Partnership Case of the Year. "I wouldn't be where I am now without the compassionate, thoughtful, efficient company that the TRP team are. Amanda and Rebecca have helped me throughout the last 2 years approx. and nothing has ever been too much. Everything I struggle with, they have helped me to prosper to manage mine and my family's life so we are no longer fighting life's survival but living our life with better strategies in place. Amy Taylor

Amy Taylor is a Chartered Accountant who joined The Rehabilitation Partnership as Company Accountant and Business Manager in September 2018. She has extensive experience having previously worked in Industry, Local Government and predominantly in Public Practice as an Audit Manager. Amy assists and supports all our Stakeholders with financial and business management related matters.

Catherine Sutherland

Catherine Sutherland qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1990, gaining her MSc in the Advanced Programme in Occupational Therapy from Exeter University in 1998. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), The Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT), is an Advanced Member of the British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM) and a full member of the Case Management Society of the United Kingdom (CMSUK). Catherine has vast experience working with a variety of complex conditions in acute and community settings, specialising in neurology, neurosurgery and neurorehabilitation. Catherine is passionate about client-centred practice. In November 2017, Catherine joined The Rehabilitation Partnership Ltd, where she is committed to providing high quality, specialist and innovative case management and rehabilitation services to meet complex needs in a client centred manner. She is fully committed to continued professional development and participates in regular supervision and training. "Thank you Catherine. Donna Salmon

Donna Salmon joined our specialist team in March 2014 in the capacity of Assistant Brain Injury Case Manager. Donna has worked extensively in the care and support sector enabling clients with a range of complex needs. She is an excellent administrator with vast experience in the customer services industry including sales, marketing, event management, recruitment and retention, as well as being a Personal Assistant for a CEO in industry. In 2018 Donna was a Finalist for the CMSUK award for Case Manager Supporter of the Year "Donna has been amazing since we started having case management. Always there to lend an ear and solve lots problems. I don't know what we would do without her and I'm very grateful that she is there to help when I need someone. She calms me down, finds a way through and truly provides us with the best support. She supports the case management company brilliantly."

Laura Pell

Laura Pell qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1996 with a Batchelor of Sciences (Honours) Degree from Exeter University. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT). Laura is an Advanced Member of the British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM) and a full member of the Case Management Society of the United Kingdom (CMSUK). After qualification, Laura gained broad experience providing Occupational Therapy across a variety of clinic specialities within both Adult and Paediatric NHS Services, before specialising in Acquired Brain Injury in 2003. Laura joined The Rehabilitation Partnership Ltd as a Brain Injury Case Manager in 2013 and continues to provide the highest quality and innovative case management to her clients, working collaboratively and effectively with specialist teams across both statutory and private sectors. She has particular interest and experience in working with clients in low level states of consciousness. "Laura and the whole TRP team are amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her and I feel I can go to her with any problem and she will do the upmost to help me. I don't know what I'd do without them all. Rebecca Hey

Rebecca qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1994 and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. She has practiced and managed services in acute teaching hospitals, rehabilitation and community facilities in the United Kingdom, United States and New Zealand working with paediatrics and adults with acquired brain injury and catastrophic injury. Rebecca has been providing brain injury case management within the statutory and private sectors In the West Midlands since 1999 at the Regional Rehabilitation Unit, University Hospital Birmingham, Centre for Defence Medicine and Rehab UK. She is highly experienced in providing assessment and case management services to claimants and defendants. She is an advanced member of the British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM) and a full member of The Case Management Society of the United Kingdom (CMSUK). In 2006 Rebecca set up The Rehabilitation Partnership Ltd (TRP). She and her team are committed to providing the highest quality, specialist and innovative case management and rehabilitation services to meet complex needs in a truly client centred manner. In 2018, Rebecca won the CMSUK Awards for Catastrophic Clinical Case Manager of the Year, and the Partnership Case of the Year. She also attained Highly Commended for the Rehabilitation Initiative at the 2018 Insurance Post Awards. "I wanted to say a big thank you - to you personally and your team. You have been an absolute joy to work with - pushed me when I needed it and co-ordinated everything at a time when I was completely out of my depth and feeling it. . So thank you. You put together a great team of specialists - Sylvia and Scott were really good choices for me as not only were they great at what they do but they "got me" (and my sense of humour) you made something very difficult and personal easier for me for which I will always be grateful."
