ENVIROMONTEL - Key Persons
James joined Enviromontel in 2016 as a Site Assistant and quickly progressed through the ranks to become Enviromontel's Operations Manager in August 2019.
James is responsible for all aspects relating the daily operations of Enviromontel. This includes the Health and Safety performance of our operations business, work planning, delivery performance and the communication between site and office staff.
James believes in driving efficiencies through smart planning, deploying and utilising resources in a method by which we can gain maximum output and achieves this by continually leading by example through setting himself the highest personal standards and consistently acts with integrity in order to ensure Enviromontel has a fair and just culture amongst our operational staff.
James' aim is to create a professional place of work with good morale which in turn produces top performance.
James has a ILM Level 3 Diploma for Managers.
Jonathan joined Enviromontel in July 2018 to lead the companies next phase of growth.
Having started his career in the Water Industry, he held numerous roles across Wessex Water, including Head of Developer Service and Development Engineering. Jonathan has gone on to hold Director positions at two other large utility and infrastructure providers, both of which centred around delivering essential infrastructure services.
Jonathan's key focus is on growing Enviromontel through developing deep routed customer relationships, whilst maintaining a focus on health & safety and operational delivery.
Jonathan holds a BSc (Hons) degree and an MBA.

Mike is a Chartered Engineer with more than 35 years' experience working within the Water Industry. He has held roles in specialist sewer survey contractors, major Consulting Engineers and Water PLCs at Director and Senior Management level.
Mike has worked on major Flow Survey frameworks and contracts across the UK water sector and before that worked as a Senior Engineer on Sewer Rehabilitation and Drainage Area planning implementation projects. Mike an industry expert within the field of Waste Water Surveys and Projects.
Today Mike oversees Programme Management and Commercial Management within Enviromontel with specific focus on Short Term Flow Surveys and EDM.
