Mike has more than 30 years experience in electronics and software development, specialising in wireless communications for commercial and military applications. In addition to leading teams in the development of advanced wireless products he is an experienced engineering manager with expertise including technology, technical and business processes, project management and financial management. Prior to forming pro-Solve he served as Technical Director of Racal Instruments Limited and also Technical Director and Co-Head of Racal Instruments Wireless Solutions.

Paul has considerable experience in operational management including manufacturing (commercial and military), restructuring and strategic development. His background includes international experience covering the establishment of companies in Asia Pacific and India plus responsibility for companies in France, Italy and Germany. Paul also has expertise in world-class manufacturing techniques and has experience installing them into organisations producing highly configured products. Prior to joining pro-Solve, he served as Operations Director of Racal Instruments Wireless Solutions Ltd and was a director of Aeroflex companies in Hong Kong and India.

Peter has over thirty years experience in the test and measurement industry primarily in commercial and military wireless communications. Having gained a great deal of experience managing both commercial and military engineering departments he has spent the last ten years in business development. He led the Racal instruments Wireless Solutions business management, marketing and sales functions with responsibility for profitably growing the business and addressing new market areas. In addition to achieving organic growth he was instrumental in several successful teaming agreements and partnerships and gained experience the sale and acquisition process. Prior to joining pro-Solve he was Business Director and Co-Head of Racal Instruments Wireless Solutions.
