Ben Mills

Ben started his career in estate agency mid-2021, specialising in the Sutton and surrounding Surrey areas. Ben also experienced the real estate market in Dubai for a short period and now returned to the UK to continue his career specialising in management and lettings by joining our team. Ben's knowledge of the rental market can help answer any questions you may have, and make your move in to a new property as easy as possible.

Benjamin Plumb

Benjamin supports our day-to-day marketing responsibilities such as our website, digital and social content, having just completed his Master's Degree in Digital Communications. Benjamin also supports the lettings team with viewings and administration on a part time basis.

Eleanor Plumb - Secretary

Eleanor joined Direct in 2005 to assist in the day to day collection of rents, accounts and property inspections. Eleanor has extensive experience in the Property Management side of the business gained through investment ownership, accounting and 25 years in customer service facing roles.

Elle-May Ashton

Elle has commenced her career in Property Management with us, having just completed her Master's Degree in History. Elle's skills in working with people and attention to detail have been garnered from her previous work experience in the Care Sector, which will give her a strong caring foundation for her role dealing with our wonderful tenants and fabulous landlords in Property Management, supporting the process to ensure Health and Safety, legal compliance, and great customer service.

Harrie Gillani

Having joined us from a retail background with over 15 years in Customer Service, Harrie is a valuable addition to our Team. With her excellent Customer Service background, attention to focus and detail utilising her transferable skills, Harrie will be well positioned to support our large property management portfolio. This in turn will enhance our tenants and landlord's experiences, allowing them to enjoy their homes and investments. Harrie's experience, dedication and professionalism will amplify our in-house property management Team without question.

As a multiple residential and commercial landlord himself, Ian is fully aware of making sure an investment pays for itself and welcomes the opportunity to discuss possible investments as a buy to let specialist. Previously working as a Director of a large national lettings operation setting up over 126 individual businesses and responsible for development, training and brand standards, with a background in property spanning over 38 years; this passion supports Direct Residential Lettings to be multiple award winners on service and reviews in the area/Surrey.

Nick Di Palma

Nick heads up our Management Team with a lengthy background in Property and Customer Services industry and hyper-attention to detail with inventories and inspections. Nick's experience of office management and processing is a tremendous benefit overseeing the completion of our process with contracts, property management, renewals and dilapidations and internal processes whilst supporting the team with day-to-day maintenance issues and liaising with our contractors and clients.
