Adam Langham - CTO

Job Titles:
  • Technical Director
Adam joined Ryley Wealth Management in 2008 and is our resident technical expert, having taken 17 financial exams in total, making him a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, and giving him Chartered Financial Planner status. As Technical Director, it's Adam's job to oversee advice quality standards throughout the Practice, as well as produce technical documentation for the advisers in complex areas of advice. In addition to senior paraplanning work, Adam is our financial controller, ensuring the efficient running of the company finances.

Alex Martins de Sá

After 34 years of working in insurance, Alex Martins de Sá joined Ryley Wealth Management as the Personal Assistant to our CEO, David Ryley. She oversees David's diary, ensuring he knows where he needs to be and has everything he needs when he gets there - guaranteeing we deliver the best customer service we can. Part of this role involves building a relationship with clients, so they know that their queries are always in safe hands.

Alex Ratcliffe

Job Titles:

After securing his Economics degree from The University of Sheffield, Alex gained several years experience supporting various financial planners in the SIPP and SSAS industry. Alongside his training at St. James's Place Academy, his previous experience supporting other advisers and looking after clients is invaluable to his role at Ryley Wealth Management. As a Financial Planner, Alex advises both private clients and business owners to help them grow and protect their money while working towards their financial milestones. Within his role, Alex's priority is to provide holistic and honest advice to help his clients feel financially safe and secure. While financial planning can be a complex subject, Alex always aims to strip out the financial jargon and ensure advice is easy to understand. As a Notts County season ticket holder, you can often catch Alex watching both county and international football. When he isn't spending his time watching matches, he particularly enjoys practicing his skills on the golf course or socialising with friends and family.

Anique Anderson

Anique Anderson joined Ryley Wealth Management in 2022 as our new Appointment Maker. She joins us with an office background in customer care and satisfaction, and she is excited to build relationships with the Ryley Wealth Management clients as she books in their regular planning meetings with our advisers. Outside work, Anique spends much of her time working on animation with friends and family.

Bradley James

Bradley offers a wealth of experience in the financial services industry, having previously worked as a Mortgage, Protection, and Equity Release Advisor. His previous experience working with and advising a wide variety of clients and businesses will be invaluable to his current role. At Ryley Wealth Management, Bradley advises both private clients and business owners to help them maximise their money and work towards their financial goals. He has always put trust at the forefront of his relationships with his clients and strives to ensure they feel confident with their finances to provide them with the tools to take control of their future goals and aspirations. He is committed to delivering on his promises and endeavours to build long lasting relationships with his clients. When he is not working, Bradley makes sure to keep himself busy. When he isn't spending time with his wife and two cockapoos, he can be found on the golf course refining his skills or watching his favourite football team! He particularly enjoys his weekends away to the Lake District and finds any excuse to enjoy a meal out with friends and family.

Dan Seaton

After gaining over 14 years of customer service experience, Financial Planner Dan Seaton joined us in 2023 after completing the St. James's Place Academy. Dan has mastered a customer-centric approach to his work and always strives to improve client experience. His emphasis is on working collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their own financial dreams & aspirations. Dan's aim is to deliver reliable and considered guidance to clients, acting with the upmost integrity and patience. As a father himself, Dan recognises the importance of financial planning both for your own future, and for your children. His time at the St. James' Place Academy gave him valuable knowledge and skills in how to help both families and business owners plan for a healthy financial future. Proud owner of Olive the sausage dog and dad to his son Emerson, Dan loves spending time with his family. Outside work, you can often find him playing 5-a-side football at the weekend or catch him watching the latest movie at the cinema.

David Ryley - CEO

Ryley Wealth Management's CEO, David Ryley, has been a successful Financial Planner and business owner for over 20 years. When he entered the world of finance, his aim was to make sure he had a full and comprehensive understanding of this very complex field and he achieved this goal by becoming a Chartered Fellow of the industry. David has both corporate and private clients, advising them on a variety of areas within Financial Planning such as investment planning, retirement planning, protection planning, advising business owners and entrepreneurs, managing cash, intergenerational wealth management and more. His mission has always been to build long lasting relationships with his clients and their families and to ensure a high quality, bespoke service throughout the business. He emphasises the importance of giving back, saying that it is not only vital for his company, but also as a leader within the local community. His commitment to giving back was one of the main reasons he set up the 1% Matters Fund, which finds him working with charities and local organisations in and around Nottingham. Outside of his work at Ryley Wealth Management and 1% Matters Fund, David explores many other ventures and hobbies. With interests in the sports arena; in property development; and in the mortgage world (to name a few), he always makes sure to keep his work week varied. He is also a keen sports man, visiting the gym 2-3 times a week, regularly brushing up on his golf skills and playing football once a week. To top it off, David has a goal of achieving his private pilot's license!

Elspeth Green

Prior her graduation from university with a first-class degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, Elsie had accrued two years of invaluable experience as a marketing freelancer. In 2021, she brought her expertise to the Ryley Wealth Management team.

Gabriella Witek-Morgan

Job Titles:
  • Financial Planner
Gabriella began her career as a Financial Planner after completing the St James's Place Academy for Financial Advisers. Prior to Joining the academy, she graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BSC (HONS) in Psychology which she says has been invaluable in my career in working in financial services to date. She is also CEMAP qualified which allowed her to advise as a Whole of Market Mortgage and Protection Broker prior to joining Ryley Wealth Management. She works extensively with medical professionals, business owners and families. Understanding the importance of financial advice, she prides herself on making sure that her clients feel they are in safe hands, offering honest and trusted advice which cuts out the jargon and speaks to their personal ambitions for the long term. Gabriella offers a bespoke client service driven by her ambition to innovate, improve and inspire. Further to this goal, she specialises in working with female business owners and leaders in order to close the gender gap and ensure that women have the ability to plan for their financial future. Outside the office, Gabriella has a multifaceted array of hobbies and interests, and is a member of several organisations dedicated to helping and promoting women in business. Having competed for team GB in synchronised ice skating, she maintains a commitment to fitness via Pilates and swimming. Most importantly, she enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter; travelling and experiencing new restaurants together.

Kerry Lee

After having worked in dentistry for 14 years, Kerry decided to take a career change to work within the Financial Service industry at Ryley Wealth Management as part of the administration team. Now with a several years' experience at the Practice and a Platinum Accreditation from St James' Place, Kerry works as one of our Senior Administrators alongside training to become a Paraplanner. In her spare time, Kerry enjoys socialising with friends and loved ones and frequently takes trips to Cornwall and Spain.

Kieran Lynch

Kieran has been working within St James' Place since graduating from Sheffield Hallam University in 2014 with a Bsc (Hons) in Sport Business Management. Two years later he decided pursue his career at Ryley Wealth Management, working predominantly as a Senior Paraplanner. Outside work, Kieran is a keen football player and Derby County supporter. He often enjoys socialising and dining out with loved ones and taking his two dogs (golden retriever Murphy and cocker spaniel Wilma) for walks.

Lauren Jackson

Since 2016, Marketing and Office Co-ordinator Lauren Jackson has assisted the marketing team with a wide variety of valuable marketing tasks including administration, creating graphic content for social media, and helping to organise upcoming events. Prior to working at Ryley Wealth Management, Lauren built her skill set with eight years of experience in Customer Service. Putting her creative side to work both on the job and in her personal life, Lauren likes undertaking crafting projects in her spare time. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and is a keen swimmer, often heading down to the pool first thing in the morning to get in some laps!

Lauren Keir

Administrator Lauren Keir has started her journey in our Kirton office having had previous experience in the Home Office and Santander. Since joining Ryley Wealth Management, she has been excited to venture into the world of wealth management and learn all about what we do. She is passionate about helping clients with their queries and is always on hand to help keep the Financial Planners organised. When she isn't busy with ‘mum duties', Lauren enjoys watching sports, with her main passions being football and Formula 1.

Linda Wood

With over 25 years' experience in Financial Services as a Mortgage Adviser, Financial Adviser and Practice Manager, Linda puts all her knowledge to use as a Paraplanner at Ryley Wealth Management. Linda is Diploma qualified and has many varied responsibilities as a Paraplanner in the office, where she is heavily involved in report writing and financial calculations. She greatly enjoys the outdoors and you can frequently find her skiing, travelling and walking. In her downtime she can often be found gardening and likes to grow her own flowers and vegetables.

Lisa Pope

Lisa joined Ryley Wealth Management with over 24 years of experience working in administration, and with nearly 14 of those spent within the Financial Services industry. Along with supporting the Financial Planners, she greatly enjoys helping clients along their financial journey and believes there is nothing more rewarding than helping to solve client queries. When she isn't in the office, Lisa likes to go for walks with her rescue dog Buddy or snuggle up on the sofa to read crime novels.

Mark Jones

Paraplanner Mark Jones joined our paraplanning team in 2022, bringing with him an extensive knowledge of the financial planning sector. With a business degree and a level 4 diploma DipFA, he has previously worked as an IFA in the industry, and has over 25 years' experience within the financial services industry as a whole. His role is varied and involves tasks such as preparing suitability reports; producing product illustrations; conducting fund research; and creating full transaction records for our clients - along with much more. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his three children, playing the guitar… and taking part in Ironman competitions!

Mark Pennington

With a career in financial services spanning over 35 years, Mark joined Ryley Wealth Management in 2007 and works with directors, professionals and retired clients, covering all aspects of private and corporate wealth management. He is known for building longstanding relationships based on mutual trust and understanding to provide clarity to his clients' wealth, holding their needs as paramount and going that extra mile to help them realise their financial goals. The trust Mark's clients have placed in him is demonstrated by their referrals of family, friends and colleagues to him over the years. Music is a big part of Mark's life - you'll often find him at live music venues across the country and learning to play the guitar. Besides his love of music, Mark enjoys the great outdoors, be it watching Nottingham Forest FC, clay pigeon shooting or walking his beloved Sprocker Spaniel, Dug, in the countryside.

Mel Flear

Mel Flear brings with her several years of experience within the finance industry. Since she started working at our Kirton office in 2018, Mel's role has incorporated a wide variety of tasks: from meeting preparation to processing ISA investments and much more. She enjoys the work-life balance the role brings and, says she has gained some very good friends since joining the office. Outside work, Mel enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and the family dogs, regularly taking mini breaks across the U.K.

Michael Cooke

Michael brings a solid foundation in Law and Legislative Studies, having graduated from Hull University. During his academic journey, he served as a Parliamentary Aide for a year, gaining invaluable experience and insights into the workings of administrative processes. In his current role, his responsibilities primarily revolve around facilitating financial planning processes and ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service quality. From administrative tasks to providing crucial support to financial planners, he is committed to achieving great client outcomes at every step. Beyond the professional sphere, he enjoys spending time with his family and looking after his beloved pets. You can often find him reading about history and foreign affairs.

Mike Holmes

Mike Holmes joined Ryley Wealth Management as a Financial Planner in 2022 and has worked hard over the last decade to develop a high level of technical knowledge, specialising in providing a personalised and modern take on his clients' financial planning needs. Mike has developed his knowledge through working as a technical specialist in pension planning, previously holding a role on an Investment Committee which directly managed client funds. Mike is passionate about financial services and takes a bespoke, client-centric approach to his role. Prior to joining RWM he achieved a degree from the University of Bedfordshire, whilst furthering his learning by passing the Advanced Diploma Pension Transfer Specialist exam. When he isn't working, Mike enjoys watching football and is a lifelong Chelsea fan. He also likes to spend time relaxing with his rescue Whippet, Clover.

Nicola Hatton

Nicola has been an Administrator at Ryley Wealth Management since 2019 and in that time has achieved her St. James's Place Platinum Accreditation. Prior to working in her current role, Nicola studied Business and Enterprise Management at University and has three years of experience working in pensions. Day to day Nicola can be found leading and upskilling the team of Administrators and Senior Administrators, to ensure that we provide an industry leading experience to both our clients and our Financial Planners. A cat lover at heart, Nicola enjoys spending time at home with her family and pets, but you can often find her out and about socialising with friends or off enjoying a trip away.

Nicole Nairne

After five years of working as an Administrator, Nicole Nairne has begun adapting to her role as Trainee Paraplanner for the Practice. Prior to starting her role at Ryley Wealth Management five years ago, Nicole graduated from Hull University with a first-class honour in Sociology. Always keen to enhance her knowledge of finance Nicole has worked toward achieving passes in many of Regulated Financial Services exams. Alongside studying to complete all six exams for her diploma, Nicole keeps herself active by partaking in weekly hikes with her partner during the warmer months, and dance classes with her mother - however her favourite pastime is walking her Ragdoll cat around her local area.

Paul Waites

Enjoying a career in the financial services industry for more than 25 years, Paul joined Ryley Wealth Management in 2016 to work with both private and corporate clients, covering all aspects of wealth management. Paul looks after the financial planning needs of directors, professionals and retirees. His client-focused and transparent approach ensures his clients have a clear understanding of the financial planning strategy they have in place to achieve their needs. Outside of the office Paul loves to keep fit by taking part in 10k events whenever he can - but his heart truly lies in Cornwall where he loves to explore and unwind in the sea air.

Phil Bloxham

Phil is our Non-Executive Director, having first joined Ryley Wealth Management in 2014 as Managing Director. With over 40 years' experience in the banking, financial services and legal sectors, running offices and professional advisory teams during this time, Phil has maintained an analytical and client-orientated approach to business development. His focus at Ryley Wealth Management is to provide invaluable guidance and business insights to drive performance. In his downtime Phil is a keen wildlife and landscape photographer. This usually involves trips to the far corners of the UK, scrambling to out of the way locations at the crack of dawn and often in inclement weather. Strangely he seems to enjoy this. He is also a West Ham supporter.

Phil Bromwich

Phil Bromwich joined us in 2022 as our Business Development Manager. With 35 years' experience in Banking, Insurance and Estate Agency, he applies his extensive knowledge of the financial services industry to develop both the advisers and their teams and propel the business forward. He is passionate about being an active part of the growth of Ryley Wealth Management. Outside work, he loves to spend time with his family, to travel and in particular enjoys cooking for his three grandsons.

Ruth Harrison

Prior to starting her role as Managing Director at Ryley Wealth Management in 2016, Ruth spent 31 years working in the Financial Services industry within Banking and Regulated Financial Services. Much of her career has been spent managing teams of Financial Advisers, Support Staff, and other managers. Throughout her career in Financial Services, Ruth has become Diploma Qualified (DipPFS) and holds a Senior Management and Supervision qualification. When she isn't working, Ruth will be either be found walking her beloved Cocker Spaniel Max or watching her favourite football team: Leeds United.

Ruth Nisbet

Ruth Nisbet joined Ryley Wealth Management in April 2023 as Practice Administrator. Ruth comes to the firm with a wealth of experience including 37 years of administration experience, fifteen years of which are in Financial Services. In her role she is involved in prepping for client meetings and dealing with any queries, and ensuring her advisers are organised for their week-to-week duties. Outside work, Ruth has many pastimes. She regularly spends time with her family and friends including her three sons. If she is not watching the football and supporting her local team Nottingham Forest, then you can find her baking treats for her loved ones.

Ryan Haynes

With over a decade of experience in football, including roles at Derbyshire FA where he served as Football Operations Manager and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Officer, Ryan Haynes brings expertise to his role as a Financial Planner. Ryan delivers personalised financial advice tailored to clients' needs. He focuses on ensuring clients have necessary protection and financial support through all life stages, from starting a family through to facing sudden illness. Ryan's approach encompasses long-term objectives such as savings, investments, and retirement planning, aiming to demystify financial jargon while serving as an extension of his clients' support network. Outside work, Ryan enjoys time with his wife and two sons, referees semi-professional football matches, plays Padel, and volunteers with community initiatives including the Derbyshire FA Strategic Inclusion Advisory Group and the Personal Finance Society East Midlands Committee. Samuel Woodings-Finch

With a level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, Samuel joined Ryley Wealth Management in February 2020, and became an adviser in June 2021. Samuel prides himself on providing clear and structured advice tailored to meet his clients' personal and professional needs. By building longstanding relationships with his clients based on mutual trust and understanding, he ensures that they have the financial freedom to enjoy the lifestyle they have always wanted to achieve. Outside of the office, Samuel enjoys going to the gym and playing football. When he's not busy walking his (very) active Patterdale terrier, you will find him practicing his swing on the golf course or out socialising with friends.

Sarah Cunningham

With many years and a wealth of experience within different roles in the Financial Services industry, Sarah completed the St James' Place Paraplanner Academy to become a part of the Paraplanner team at Ryley Wealth Management. The role of a Paraplanner is varied and includes report writing and financial calculations alongside supporting the Financial Planners. When Sarah isn't working she greatly enjoys finding new places to go walking and enjoy the outdoors. She also enjoys spending time with her sons and her cat and keeps fit with Pilates and gardening.

Stephanie Francis

With a career spanning 30 years in the financial services industry, Stephanie joined Ryley Wealth Management as Practice Manager in 2008 and has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company. Now in the role of Administration Director, her focus is to manage and develop our administration and support team to ensure our clients always receive a first-class service. Outside work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family especially on holiday in sunnier climates. With a passion for music, live and recorded, you will always find Stephanie at concerts watching her favourite artists perform. She loves tending her garden all year round as well as taking her dog on long walks, exploring the countryside.

Suzanne Newmarch

Suzanne Newmarch joined Ryley Wealth Management in 2022, and has a BA(Hons) in Service Sector Management and varied experience in Insolvency, HR and Payroll. In her role as an administrator, Suzanne's role includes keeping the advisers organised, managing their diaries, prepping for meetings, and assisting with client queries. Outside work, Suzanne enjoys going on adventures with her dog Thelma and seeing friends and family!

Tracy Yeomans

Tracy has worked in financial services for over 20 years, meaning that not only does she have a wealth of experience, but she is also highly qualified. Tracy's number one priority is to do what she says she is going to do for clients by providing an outstanding service and keeping clients updated through regular review meetings. She greatly enjoys looking after their families and planning for their futures. Tracy enjoys walking, especially long walks in the countryside. She likes to get very hands-on when it comes to DIY and so, in her spare time, loves property renovation.

Will Diggins

Will joined Ryley Wealth Management in 2015, having started his career in the financial planning industry six years previously. Here at Ryley Wealth Management, he works in both the private and corporate wealth management arena, providing a truly holistic financial planning service designed to give his clients the outcomes they need. His approach of putting clients at the centre of everything he does, and always delivering on his promises, means many of Will's clients have worked with him for years and refer their family and friends to him time and time again. Will is a family man at heart and loves nothing more than socialising with his friends and family at weekends, especially if there is karaoke involved. He is an avid Manchester United fan and tries to improve his golf handicap whenever the chance arises.

Zoe Osborn
